If we look at this world from a purely materialistic point of view there are many reasons to be fearful.  The antidote to fear is often agression, suppressed or expressed, with all of the accompanying negative side effects on ourselves and others.

Letting go of fear can be one of the most difficult things any of us can do.  It is our attachment to positive outcomes that causes fear. 

We often talk about positive intent helping us to manifest positive outcomes.  Much of spirituality seems to concern itself with prayer for intervention during troubling times.

However, the first step must be to let go of the fear.  We may be dangling from a cliff by one arm and think that the solution is to drag ourselves up by sheer force of will.  This does not work.

It is the letting go that gives us the freedom to fly.  We are carried by this freedom into places we never imagined.  Imagine what it would be like if all of us let go of the cliff and fell into LOVE with each other.

What kind of world would it be?
