Not using any methods from Bruce ,as yet but I have only been aware of it for a few months now.However I have had contact in the past via a very good medium,Ronnie Buckingham.
I am not sure where you are from,but I would suggest you ask,friends and family if anyone has seen a "good" medium,if you are worried they may thing you mad,don't be, its amazing just how many people have been ,but keep it quiet.Try to find one by word of mouth reccomendation.Also, its indicative of how good they are if  they are booked some time in advance,and if they do not charge a lot.
To be fair the really good ones do very few private sittings, as they can reach out and help many more via public meetings.
I lost a family member in Jan,and as well as trying the Hemi sync CD's I have invested in a  small digital dictation machine.I am going to try for an EVP,but as yet I have not found the time to give it a go.
I am sure when you are ready,and your loved one is able...contact will be made.
