It's not like there will be a huge communication gap. In spirit you will be able to relate to someone of a different background or language.

Spirit, apparently, has no 'age' and no beginning. We measure 'age' by the Earth years of our bodies, which may only be accurate for Earthly matters. Spiritual growth seems to be the 'higher' measurement, operating automatically.
