I'm not religious but have a guide who has told me he was an early Christian. I call him DP which stands for dead preacher, and we joke around a lot and he is very kind to put up with my sarocasm.
faith he says, can move mountains, if you have faith you will not sink beneath the waters. but faith is not trusting in outside forces, but is gained through the experiencing of this earth plane. therefore it does not come cheaply and it is very powerful.
about having faith in mankind: I read A Course In Miracles and I teach it in my way.
one affirmation given in this book is "I trust my brothers who are one with me."
yea, right, I told DP. gimmee a break! but the thing is we are a collective humanity, dependent on one another for survival here even, but trust? I didn't understand that one. then I found out we all have a voice, and if I could trust my voice, enough to speak about my beliefs, it was also promoting trust in mankind to do so. so u trust yourself first, then along comes faith with experience as you see nothing is going wrong here excepting that we see something going wrong, yet it remains a mere perception.
Peace in heaven is like not a location, or a time, it is a state of mind attainable here on Earth. DP says, and I am in agreement we can establish the kingdom here on Earth through our state of mind. therefore, do not wait for peace to come. bring it here into the now moment. Spitfire is very wise underneath his young years to say we must be strong and do what it is we truly enjoy doing, not waiting for things to come to us.
then Albert here gave me some words.
Unmerited grace is like unmerited favor. but it doesn't come just for the asking. DP says prepare a place for grace to enter by emptying the vessel of doubt and vain thoughts and holding your cup very high to be filled..as life, and life in abundance is all you could ever really desire.
if you look deeply into a baby's eyes, it will tell you this secret.
