Hi there Margaret,
This is a little bit how i understsand Bruce's perspective on it from reading his books.
When Mr. Moen first came upon what he calls his Disk or i call Total self, he saw many other personalities directly connected to him.
Much later on, he learned that his immediate Disk, with all his own personal lifetimes (possibly thousands of personalities), is connected to an even more expanded Disk which may contain 2 Disks together... This or so my guides tell me is where we and our Twin Souls are connected directly.
He looked behind this Disk, and there was yet another more expanded Disk..again this more expanded Disk contains an ever increasing amount and range of vibration of Disks within it. This Disk may be our other selves within other systems? The next Disk maybe related to the concept in many spiritual sources of "Soul Families" or of Soul groups who often incarnate in groups and eventually meet up in physical...
A few Disks later, he then connected at the most expanded Disk--Disk 8--the most expanded and all inclusive one, and when he tried to communicate with this Disk, he at first had a rather hard time because of 'frequency' mismatch.
But, after trying and eventually succeeding, he realized that this 8th expanded Disk was the actual "Father" of all these other Disks. He called this 8th Disk the "Planning Intelligence".
You and i being involved with Cayce info, might call this Planning Intelligence the "Christ Spirit", that original Spark of God spoken of in the Bible as the Light which was created and Co-Created this Universe with Source/God--The Father. There is some debate as to the personality of Yeshua, and if he is directly connected to this 8th Disk, and created out of that expanded Being. I believe he was, but what ever floats your boat eh?
What is interesting about Bruce's 8th Disk concept is that it echoes Cayce's info that there are 8 dimensions that Earth and its system is part of... As you know, he related the Planets to these various dimensional awarenesses.... In my beliefs, Arcturus represents this 8th Disk dimensional awareness, this Christ Consciousness of total all inclusive Love. Hence why the Readings refer to Arcturus as "His Star", for Yeshua seems to have come directly in from this dimension.
I disagree with some of the posters on this thread, inviduality in my beliefs is just as important as Oneness... And our immediate Disks are as unique as Snowflakes compared to other immediate Disks, and each personality within an immediate Disk is also individual and unique unto itself.
So 'past lives' of our Total Self are in that sense very real, but when we start to shift our energies into the last and most expanded Disk--Disk 8, we learn that every other immediate Disk and every personality is connected to us on a very deep level, yet they are NOT exactly us... made of the same 'stuff' and very much connected, yet separate with its own individual consciousness into infinity....
The natural inclination it seems is to lean more to individuality, or to lean too much to Oneness concepts... I believe they are equally important, and equally 'true'.
I also relate this to other concepts like Yin--Yang, negative--positive charge, feminine--masculine, right brain--left brain, etc.
Seems that "Oneness", that original passive state of Being that the Creator 'rested' within, can be related to 'feminine' or negative charge energy.
Seems that individuality, the result of the Creator moving within itself, of projecting its Light corresponds to the positive force, and 'masculine' energy.
When these are perfectly balanced within a Souls Consciousness, its then that they phase into awareness of Source. But because we are all imbalanced in relation to these inner forces, we all have an innate 'predjudice' or lean to one more than the other in how view these as important. As many spiritual sources have pointed out time and time again, it is the energy of Love which fuses this perfect balance of these seemingly opposite principles or realities.
Talk and theoretics is cheap though, living it is whole nother thing.
