Most psychics around the world pretty much agree we lucid dream with other conscious spirits in the spirit world/astral world after we die. I've heard them IMPLY this many times over on TV and everywhere.
John Edward in his book One Last Time, made it very clear that when you're unconscious in bed, your astral body lifts up and goes to the astral world/dream world and sometimes meets with crossed over loved ones and family members, especially during R.E.M. (rapid eye movement) sleep. REM sleep is the deepest sleep we get (like around 8:00am in the morning for most people), and it's when you wake up and your astral body feels like it's falling from the sky or falling through your bed.
What impresses me is Mr. Edward doesn't say we sit on white clouds in Heaven and play harps for eternity. He frankly comes out and says what he knows to be true from the spirits. ***************** It isn't the afterlife ideas I'm bashing, it's Edward himself. This guy charges emotionally vulnerable, bereaved people big buckage (100's of $$$) to come on his show and hear him say... I'm hearing an "M"... anybody in the audience have a deceased family member with the letter "M" in their name?" "Did (he/she) have a striped tie or bikini?" and so forth. Well, how many people DON'T know somwbody with the letter "M" in their name? Or have a striped article of clothing? I could learn to do this with a week's training or so, and so could you. It's called "cold reading." I also hear he employs "moles" to chat with audience members while they are waiting outside the studio/auditorium. The "moles" appear to be just friendly strangers, but they're gathering INFO. Guess who they then report to? Yup, you got it. It's guys like John Edward who make honest inquirers like you and me look bad, like weirdos - like we just stepped off United Airlines Flight 452 from Kooka-Munga. THINK about that..!
