Greetings,
I'm concerned for you, PhoenixRa, in your own quest for a diet that gives you a more finely tuned spiritual body. I agree we should do more along those lines, and I've been to 3 grocery stores looking at their dried dates, etc but none were sulpher free. Grocers told me that sulpher is routinely used during the drying process. (This is in southern US.)  What do you think of the grain/herb mix called falalfel?  It's reputed to be similiar to what a ''Noah's ark situation' would require.

Hi there Bets,

I appreciate your concern for me, and i know what you mean by sulpher--sulphur dioxide, a nasty little preservative...  I stay away from all preservatives, though potassium sorbate seems to be the least harmless common type one...

No need to worry about me, i've been studying holistic health and diet for years now, and have a pretty good handle on what faciliates health in a body...

I shop almost completely at organic and natural food stores, and there it is easy to find sulphur free dates and figs, as well as many interesting organic grains like Amaranth, Quinoa, and Millet for example...

I like to use Millet in the 'mummy food' recipe, cause it is much easier to digest, and more healthful overall than corn or wheat...

Falalfal...hmm is certainly tasty, but in my book is no 'perfect' type food...

I'm a bit sensitive to wheat (and it seems many are starting to develop intolerances to wheat, cow milk, peanuts, and other 'common' foods--must be a 'reason' eh?), and i remember correctly wheat as in couscous is in that meal?

I try to stick only to the organic sprouted wheat products.  Seems to be handled differently by my body...

Hope this helps, and thank you for your concern.

Peace,
Justin

Hi there P.A.,

I understand the above sentiment, and use to think that way myself...  But maybe you misunderstand the nature of that kind of 'immortality'?

It seems like people who have become that God-realized, are actually Light Beings in the physical...meaning they are Light Beings, but can have physical attributes, or appear as 'physical' to others...

Really they are completely beyond time and space, and can phase into any dimension at will, as well as show up at various locations at the same 'time'....

Also, it seems like people who are that God-Realized also do not have much if any bodily consciousness themselves....  They don't pay any attention to it, nor does it seem to 'matter' to them--pun intended..

Like He/She is Monroe's book, oh i gave up eating and sleeping years ago....

I don't think such a person has a weakling, fragile body, etc...

Maybe in a sense, the 'body' doesn't exist to them, except as a communication device for those still stuck in physical?

But at the same time, i think for us souls who have been stuck, in a sense we need to 'redeem' the physical, and bring it back up to its original state...  We created it, and we must 'take it out' so to speak...

That is the primary reason why i believe that Yeshua Ben Joseph, the Christ, resurrected the body...  Otherwise, what would be the point of the Resurrection?  He would have just done what other spiritual Teachers did before him, like the Buddha, teach for awhile, die, and help from the nonphysical dimensions.

He accomplished what others couldn't in those cycles, because those cycles were so dense and slow vibrating...  Even with a very intune spiritual consciousness, the nature of the cycles made it quite hard for such an attainment...  In the future, the 'outer' will be much more conductive to such transformational processes i believe...

And by 3500 A.D. like Monroe saw, many will be at or near the "Jesus level" in this regard...  Won't be too hard at that point, seems like the Earth itself will be more 'etheric' in nature, i.e. less dense, and faster vibrating overall.

But man...just imagine the sheer amount of testing and consistent PUL necessary to accomplish this while at the end of the Age of Aries, and the beginning of Pisces?!

That is the reason why i believe some reputable sources like Cayce and Rosiland McKnight's guides claimed that Yeshua was the fastest vibratory Being to come into the Earth...

The Ressurrection was a big clue to the process of full God realization...  Personally i do  believe that unless a Soul does this while in physical, they not are God realized to their full potential...

When they die, they may become a "Light being", but there seems to be a deeper awareness of Source when a person accomplishes this while in physical...  They become like an 'Elder'.

I think we incarnate until one of our personalities does accomplish this, to help bring in the necessary perfect polarity balance of positive to negative force....

But then again, where does the whole No or All time concept come into play?   Mind boggling stuff there for sure...

Do we have Freewill?  I very much believe so, yet more and more i am seeing that EVERYTHING has already been played out in the Total Mind of Source, and in our Spirit consciousness....

and we are just choosing various rivers of pre-existing expression to dive into...

Yet, seemingly paradoxically we have the Freewill to choose to change these rivers of expression?

Its hard to reconcile...lol doesn't lend itself to the Left brain mode very well at all...

At this level, it seems to be more about 'expressing' than learning, or just choosing...but the catch 22 is do we want to express and choose Source way, or not Source way....

One thing i am very, very certain of, is that Source way leads to that ever subtle and elusive 'happiness' thing that all of us seem to be seeking...and the not Source way leads to suffering...
