Is there any way that I can somewhow teach myself to speak with people on the other side so I can have a first hand encoutner. What I'd really like is to have a first hand encounter with someone from the other side, and I want to know if there's any way I can do that? Do I pray or meditate, or something else entirely? Any help at all is greatly appreciated.

I've been to the Other Side before when astral projecting. I've been to starry astral planes, among other lower astral planes, completely by accident during an astral projection.

If you want to talk to people on the Other Side, pray or ask God for them to talk to you, or to help you astral project. I once prayed to God to astral project before going to bed, and my wish was granted when I fell asleep. I found myself fully conscious and moving around my bedroom, whereas I was psychically asleep at the same time. It was like being in two places at one time.

Praying to meditating is a very good way to help astral project.
