Hi My name is Victoria.  I'm a  little frustrated as I had typed a whole lot and somehow hit a button and lost all of it!!    AAAAhHH!

I'm new to this site....came across this website a few days ago and I'm hooked.  I really enjoy reading the postings.  It is so nice to read experiences that are similar to mine.

I've had more than  a few OBEs myself, although lately I haven't experienced them.  Probably due to the stresses in my life now and the fact that I haven't really tried.  The OBEs usually happen without me even trying.  The first couple times I was so afraid...afraid of the vibrations, the buzzing in the ears, and the feeling of being pulled out of my body.  In the beginning I would try so hard to not be pulled out of my body.  That was the sensation I would get.  I come from a family of 15 and amazingly all of siblings have experienced an OBE, my Mom as well.  Some more than others.  Some only had it happen once.  But after talking to some of my brothers and sisters and getting encouragement and reassurance that everything was okay, I become more comfortable with these experiences.  I have to admit I'm not as experienced as most of you on this forum.  I'm always excited to hear people's stories and experiences.  I love to learn more about these.

During one OBE I was able to meet my husband's great aunt who had passed away.  My husband was unable to say good bye to his aunt and guilt was bothering him for years (long story, I won't go into details).  Anway a week before my OBE, I told my husband that if I could meet anyone during an OBE, I would want to meet his Aunt.  I've never met her or seen her before.  I asked m y husband what her full name was and wrote it down on a piece of paper. Not sure why I did that, but I felt if I wrote it down It would stick with me.  Later that week, as I was resting I finally had a full blown OBE and was outside my home.  I couldn't believe I was doing it and was so excited!  It was the first time I had actually left the house.  I was outside looking around and decided it was the perfect time to call for Jon's aunt.  I had no idea if it would work but I tried anway.  Surprisingly a figure in the distance started coming closer and it was a woman....I could go on and on about the expeirence, but to make it short..I was able to tell her that my husband loved her so much and wished he could of said goodbye to her...that it was really bothering him.  I wanted her to know that he thinks of her often and that I was so happy to have met her.  She smiled and laughed...and to make it short pretty much said everything is just fine....there was more to it, but it will take to long.  After while, I felt myself being pulled back to my body and I told her it was time for me to go.  This experience is so vivid to me and i'll never forget it.  I get all emotional when I tell the story. When I came to, I wen to my husband and told him that I had just met his Aunt!  I described what she was wearing and what she looked like and He couldn't believe it.  The description was exactly her.  I was able to let my husband know everything was okay and that I met his Aunt. 

It was nice to hear the suggestions on bringing about an OBE.  Tonight I will atttempt to have an OBE or at least get the vibrational state.

Welcome to the site! Hope you enjoy being here, everyones really friendly and we all learn so much from other, plus its really good fun here

Well I am about as OBE obbessed as ya get, As I'm sure others would agree here lol! don't get me wrong I explore other ways (not until recently and very thankful to members on this board who have helped me do so). But i really do love OBE's.

I've always had a interest in the afterlife every since I was young and found this board and learnt I could communicate over there and explore this new world! And I could also visit as me, and fly and do anything in a real world like this, i was hooked and amazed at this and wanted to see what it was like! So i came here and tried and tried and talked a little and nothing would happen (as in OBE, i got a few bits) so my interest died and i came away for about half a year.

Then i came back with a vengence! haha i was going to do this and wouldn't give up so kept trying and one day it happened and that was one of the best moments in my life! Slowly but surely I kept experiencing and learning and improving my abilities and got to meet and get to know some wonderful people on here in the process which have helped me loads but also been so much fun getting to know everyone, we have a really good group here! I know your feel welcomed.

Well there are many ways to explore and this is where I'm at. I have had proof of contact in OBE's with Vicky and Alysia (who are members here) but nothing with the otherside as yet. So i really enjoyed reading about yours! Wow if you didn't believe you sure would of done then! It was so good to hear you have got this already
