I started reading from the link and found it to be quite interesting.  I had to stop about half way and saved it to my favorites to finish reading today.  Unfortuneately, the link is no longer valid. 

Too bad.  I would have liked to finished it.

I've just come across the Bruce Moen website today and am posting here for the first time. My name is Jane but I used the username Learning because I want to learn!

I've had a lot of what I can only call awareness of a higher state of reality over the past few years - and at times I find it very hard living in this collective reality called Western Society and I would like to be able to do something effective to see things changing for the better. But I also realise my own horrendous shortcomings and bad habits and patterns I have got so well "into" that I don't seem to be able to overcome them - I tend to drink too much (not like getting drunk - just far too regular and habitual). Also I'm really disorganised and I think basically lazy - just thought I'd explain what the bad habits were incase you might think I was a habitual heroin user or something!

What I was wondering if you could help me with if it makes any sense to you, is this awful sensation in my head - it's not a pain exactly - it's like something thick and I don't know if it inside or outside of me - it started very faintly when I got the spiritual enlightenment about seven years ago and it seems to have gradually got worse and worse - it's not something I would go see a doctor about - I seem to almost get "caught" up in sharp objects around me - particularly metal ones - I find it hard to explain - I wonder if it is something to do with kundalini energy - but I am sure it shouldn't be like this - no one so far that I have tried to explain this to has been able to explain it or give me advice on what to do about it - it's a real uncomfortable "pain" and I like it to go away!
