WF,

I think the seemless combination of feeling with knowledge is what we all seek, but few find.  Again, I am reminded of a previous thread where we discussed knowing something on a rational basis vs. experiencing/feeling it.  Truth seems to be most closely associated with experience - not just the rational mind.

As for how to exorcise negative feelings - that is a tougher issue, and one I am not particularly knowledgeable about.  I liked Kathy's recent posts on closely related matters though.

White Feather,

I think my emotions are important and it enriches my life to feel them fully.  But I wouldn't base ALL my actions on them, would you?

Having said that, aren't intuition and emotion closely related?  If we shut down emotion we shut down our intuition also.

Just use all the resources you have.  It doesn't have to be one or the other.

How many people today give themselves time to experience all that they are?  In a fast paced world we may be too distracted to understand ourselves and why we do things.  Aren't you glad you give yourself a chance to do so Smiley ?

Sometimes I just sit and do nothing except let IT all swirl around inside me.  When it comes to a stillness I know that then it may be a good time to take action.

love, blink
