Hey everyone,

Well my PC is down the pan still, for how long I don't know but will keep trying to visit untill it gets fixed but will be very little at the moment.

Anyway I had this OBE last night i would like to share and also maybe another way for people to get OBE! I think its easier than trying to quieten the mind as well, its kind of the opposite in fact and you get the same results so I will post another thread about this soon when I get a chance.

I didn't have the usual sensations of leaving the body, just found myself outside my body and at the back of my house, vision was pefect, better that here now and I had feeling of my physical body. At first I thought i was awake but then relised I wasn't, I think this is partly why i came out but had to check as well when I was out lol!

I tried to visit Vicky again lol the usual topic of my adventures at the moment and once again all went black and i found myself flying again, i felt myself go through the tree at the back of the house which felt weird, it must of only been a few seconds however and I felt i would lose it if I tried so I decided to give up this time, and once again was at the abck of the house. The weather was hot and sunny and very very clear which was exciting!

For the first time ever I looked at my hands deciding to make sure i keep stable, they looked just as normal but i could see the lines on them so much clearer, everything seemed so full of life and energy! I thought about what to do now i was out again and decided to visit my Mum, (she was working at the time, this was about 11am) so started to walk down to her work. I decided not to fly as even though its a different flying to where i went to find Vikcy (more mind travel) i opted to keep everything normal as too experience the OBE longer.

I walked down the road and felt the floor beneath me, at some points the movement of my legs struggled but I kept looking at my hands, keeping that focus, thinking about what I was doing here. I saw two kids on skateboards/scooters, they went past me unknowinly I was there. At first i thought this was a real-life OBE, I have never had one and still haven't lol as I found out later this was rather what i like to call astral porjection (not real time).

I walked all through town suprisingly well and noticed Police cars as i crossed the road. I ran at one point to get out of the way of the car,  know i don't have to but being use to life here i didn't want anything to knock my out of this OBE, specially as all was going well! Recently I have found my OBE's to be much clearer, really long lasting and more controllable on my part, rather than being over taken by the experience!! I did however noticed a blue Punto (Type of car in England) headng for me, i moced out the way but let it drive through my arm, i did feel it go through so glad i didn't stand in the way haha!

Anyway i got to my mums work, the door was open and I walked into the building which I been to physically before. It is a care home and i saw my Mum carrying two bags through the ground floor, she turned into a room and i walked through to follow.

As i walked past the reception the lady who sits there seemed to notice something move and looked in shock, i saw her face, whether she saw me or not i don't know but  I wasn't here to find out so i carried on walking. I walked through the main lounge, one elderly lady was sitting there eating soup, and then i proceeded through into the room on the right where my Mum was and a few other people who I am not sure who they were.

No one could see me but i made contact by saying "hiya mum, I'm here out of body!", suprising she could hear this and everyone else. She dismissed it saying i could have snuck in and hiding on the stairs round the corner, to prove to her I wasn't, i told her how would i know she was ironing part of the curtain on the radiator, which got her thinking. I also told her to hold up fingers and I would tell her how many, we did this about 3 times and I got them all right, she finally believed.

I tried something else now they knew I was there. There were a couple of bottle caps on the coffee table near, i tried to pick one up, as soon as my hand came in contact they jumped again, like my energy was too powerful as as soon as i touch they move quickly, like with a spark of energy as well only i could see. The people in the room were amazed this was happening.

I finally caught one and once in full contact it was ok, i rested in on my hand and stood up, everyone was in awe with what they were saying, I was glad I had made contact, (i was thinking this was real time). I decided i had done enough and went to leave after saying goodbye, i jumped through the cabinet and window but caused the window doors to swing open which annoyed the people. I concluded that the metal handels were the reason why as i went through i somehow affected them. Said i was sorry and carried on.

I also visited a mate briefly and unexpectedly, and did a few other bits before my vision started to fade and I knew it was time to come back. My vision went in the OBE and slowly felt my physically body returning if you like, next thing I was in my bed.

Well i looked out the window and it was a cloudy windy day so i instantly knew it hadn't been real time and so didn't expect any contact to have been made, which none was. Mum came home and asked how her day was, she said the usual and busy as usual! But still the experience was great fun and probly my best OBE as yet in terms of clarity, feeling, visuals and movement. It didn't even waver except the beginning when i tried to visit Vicky. And i think it lasted about 20-25minutes!! So getting better lol.

I also have an idea on a method for people to get out which might work, but i will have to try myself a few more times but willl post the rough idea of it up here, its nothing special, nothing new but just don't think anything has been said about it before.

Hey Kardec, thanx for replying, I know it was a lot to read lol!

When i first got into all this i heard of a lot of names being chucked about, astral projection, Out of Body, Lucid Dreaming etc etc. For me to understand what was happening I've kind of taken of my own approach to what is called what so sorry for being confusing.

Basically my thoughts go like this....

Dreaming - just normal dreaming, wake up and remember...
Vivid Dreaming - Wake and remember BEING there, not like dreaming where we remember we did something...
Lucid Dreaming - Become aware we are dreaming, kind of OBE if you like, but you are there, normally unstable...
Astral Projection - going out of body but this is not real as in real here on earth, we may be in our house but only because we know what our house looks like if that makes sense, we make one up in the astral which is what i think i did since nothing i experienced correlated to the real time here now. A clue is incosistencies when you are projecting...
Real Time OBE - This is where you project in the real time here now, i can see things that are happening, i could watch a car crash happen at the bottom of my road, and wake up and find out it happened as i saw in OBE because i was there real time....

And Out Of Body Experiences - Which i think encompasses Lucid dreaming, astral projection and real time OBEs. I also think in any OBE scenerio you can explore the afterlife and BST's etc.

Well thats just my views, how correct i'm not sure but hope that explains my feelings during the OBE. But i don't know like you said whether these were made up chracters or i met another part of my Mum, we have other selves operating at the same time at different levels, I havent a clue so would like to hear as well lol! It wasn't mu Mum dreaming however as she was at work for sure.
