Hemi-sync3
Hi Carlos,
Just got back from a morning at the VA hospital with my husband. Funniest thing, I brought Lightfall along and all he wanted to do was listen to it. It helped him through a morning of being told he had diabetes and possible prostate cancer. Nothing really new to him but he does tend to use denial a lot. For a man who’s 77 and as loving as ever, denial works. Whatever!

Anyhow, I got up early to do some research for you on concentration hemi-sync Cd’s. I listened to
Remembrance for quantum learning, peak performance and creative flow,
Baroque Garden for concentration, and
Lightfall for focus and concentration to compare the three. By far, I prefer
Lightfall with its occasional crisp crackle inside my head and a hint of 2001 Space Odyssey. For me,
Remembrance was nice but I noticed, as I had in the past, that it tended to drag and I started to feel impatient with it. Believe it or not, this tape is recommended for ADHD so maybe I don’t have it and that’s why it annoys me. I liked
Baroque Garden with its gentle tapping inside the center of my forehead and used to play it a lot but I still like Lightfall better. All three are metamusic tapes and each did help to get me going this morning. I also went through the list of closeout tapes to see if any listed under Problem Solving and Creativity were on sale since I wanted to order 8 tapes for under $50.
Remembrance, Einstein’s Dream, and
Surf were listed along with all of the older productions. I then checked out the metamusic new releases brochure again and find that there are many others, which I would find interesting. The new Peak-Performance ones that look good to me are
Breakthrough (fast paced and looks the best for memory, aptitude, & learning) and
Illumination. The new creativity ones, which may be slower paced than the two mentioned before are
Oasis and
Revelations. I also noticed that they have a new one for working on balancing your subtle energy systems,
Dreamseed. Of course there are many others dealing with relaxation, out-of-body, or dreamstate guidance etc. but mostly I wanted to list those relevant to what you were asking about.
I too found the ECB helpful and still throw things in it which are intruding on my exercise or when I’m trying to shut off the day goings-on. I did learn to recognize the radiation of fear sensation more clearly and it really does have a special feeling as opposed to the calm warm feeling of the love. Interesting!!!
George,
Also, for me, the hemi-sync binomial beats are behind the pink or white noise hiss and both are covered over by the chord, tone, voice of the narrator, or the sound of the music composition. My experience or sensation really seems like both sides of my brain are producing something more than I hear through my ears and creating a feeling of pulling the center of my mind up and filling it with deep relaxation and tingling joy. I think that’s the BB working rather than making any sound. Hard to explain except that hemi-sync is not a sound but an experience behind the sound. No memories or thoughts connected, just that deep sensation which I use to move on to the focus level of the exercise or go with the flow of the music. The music tones and sounds that I have traditionally identified with tend to include chimes, flutes, drums, or piano notes. These sounds bring out the deepest feelings of longing, nostalgia, or joy in me although I do respond to many different songs and compositions except for those played on Lawrence Welk.
I also wanted to mention my experience with guides and that is that I only officially met them in full body while doing Bruce’s afterlife Cd’s. Didn’t have much success with the Gateway Experience tapes except for an occasional voice. Additionally, I define guides and guidance very broadly these days. The can come in the form of thoughts, insights, books, or even individuals like yourself who request that I look into something and in my desire to help, I explore further things which I need to expand on and find treasures like the fact that I have over 70 tapes and Cd’s related to hemi-sync and or the afterlife for possibly some, unknown to me at this time, future purpose. Of course a lot of them came free with the Monroe membership and I’ve given some others away.
Thanks for you interest and request. Sorry for throwing in so many different topics but my pc is only allowing me to respond to 2-3 posts per week then it shuts down mid sentence and it takes too long to wake it up again. I’ve been trying to thank Cricket for giving my brother and I the tip on locating the
Can’t Be Done poem by Edgar Guest for 3 weeks now with no success.
Love, Jean
