Getting upset on my own

White Feather, feelings, moods and attitudes (and sudden, unexplained changes in them) that come unbidden CAN indicate an embryonic mediumistic ability.

That's only one possibility, of course.

Another is: what was the mood of the last person you spoke to, or thought of? (even on the phone).

Yet another is: (a little more obscure) If someone thought of you while they were in that mood.

Would you recognise an 'incoming' thought?

Hi White Feather,

I think what you may be experiencing is duality between our higher self and our ego.  Everyone has this experience of this battle or war going on.  I posted about this subject previously so I won't repeat myself.  The post is located here:  http://www.afterlife-knowledge.com/cgi-afterlife-knowledge/yabb/YaBB.cgi?board=a...

Much love to you and remember you are not alone in any of this.  We are all in this together.

Love, Kathy Smiley

Hello white feather,

I've read some of your post and there is sadness in you. Anger is just a by product. To know your self you have to look very deep within your own soul. Your sadness may  have come from the way you where brought up or it may have come from someone you loved and they did not return that love, the way you expected or wanted. But there is some thing deep inside of you that needs  to be healed.

In any case we store our pain within our body's most often we just think to ourselves it will all just go away, if we don't think about it or that what happened to us was so long ago it doesn't matter anymore. But the truth is to move beyond the pain we need to do two things.

First we need to own our part ,that means we need to take responsibility for our own life. And the second part is we need to release the energy thats held within our body's. This can be done through varying methods the one I used was re-birthing very powerful stuff. I would recommend this method above any other.

I wish you well your soul is searching and this is a real sign post, dont sweep it under the carpet, take action now and then you will have the beautiful future your looking for.

LOve to you

Hi White Feather,

Do you do any meditation?  Chanting meditation is a good way to release and smooth out energy.  Any kind of meditation will smooth out the rough edges in your life.  You might try some different kinds of meditation to compare their effects.  Anger can surface safely within your meditation and be transformed into positive feelings for you.   You could check to see what kinds of bookd and cd's are out there that could assist you, or you could find a teacher.

Life is sometimes difficult, White Feather, but just be patient with yourself.  To love yourself fully, even when you disappoint yourself, is never wrong.  Have faith in yourself.  Know that you will find your way.

White Feather:

Even though I've always basically been a gentle person, I've had my days of anger. I did the following to get rid of it.

1. I divided up my life in stages, and made a list of all of the things that made me angry during each of those stages. After finding out what these things were, I worked to let go of them. The first thing I did, which wasn't necessarily a spiritual approach, was imagine myself smashing brittle glass with a hammer, while the person who wronged me, understood with each smash, how they wronged me. I went through my list a couple of times like this, until I realized that I didn't have enough anger/energy left over to get mad anymore.

Next I approached the anger memories with a more spiritual approach. I recognized the fact that the people who wronged me didn't do so because they were trying to be evil, but rather because they were working with the level of understanding they had at the time. If they had known better, I'm certain that they would have done differently. Related to this, I acknowledged that I'm not perfect myself during this lifetime, and who knows what I might have done during past life times.

I acknowledged that the reason I'm able to experience such a positive approach to life during this lifetime, is because my previous incarnations have already completed a lot of my soul's development. Therefore, it isn't really a matter of my being better than the people who have wronged me, it is rather a matter of my being fortunate enough to be experiencing a very positive incarnation during this lifetime.

I acknowledged that in truth that neither I nor the people who wronged me, are the people we take ourselves to be. In the end we'll each reach a state in which we relate with pure unconditional love, and we'll realize that what we went through during our soul's learning process, was nothing but a  passing dream.

The biggest thing that helped me get free of anger, is realizing that I wouldn't change a thing. I wouldn't change a thing, because I understand that each thing that has happened to me during my life, has helped me grow spiritually. In fact, I kind of feel thankful towards the people who wronged me.

2. I didn't get everything with my list.  My guidance used dreams to  show me what I missed.

In the  process of doing the above, a lot of negative energy was released from my body. Back and neck problems I used to have went away. Additionally, my energy (kundalini?) started flowing much more freely. Because of this I'm able to make contact with realms beyond the physical World, without having to rely on a techniques.

I have to say, Recoverer, that is a great process!

I admit to being a bit less creative than your brilliant use of imaginary glass smashing.  Years ago I meticulously cut up precious photos of an ex, deliberately and with extreme pleasure.  It was almost like voodoo except that it my own pure expression which was not directed at them personally.  However, the connection was severed emotionally in that action in a very healing way.

Later I realized I could simply use imaginary scissors to sever a connection which was too strong for me to accept.  The connection, of course, reforms just like a missing limb, but it can briefly ease pain until a healing occurs.

And then there's Archangel Michael with his sword. Anyone can call on him anytime to cut the unhealthy etheric cords that we sometimes have with people. I have called on him many times and it works like a charm. Wink
