Forgiveness will lead us home
Sep 22nd, 2005 at 10:02pm

Forgiveness is the beginning of all healing. It is the source of true freedom and enlightenment.
Without total forgiveness of self and others, there can never be the complete immersion of a soul in Love.
____

fresh starts...come from release of the hurt.

jacup,

Hey, that's a terrific visual for doing the Heart Intelligence Exercise. I had a little trouble following what to picture till I saw you  blue man.

Thanks, Jean Kiss

Jean, I did an instant take on that visual too, as concerning this 18 yr old fellow. his higher self has great things for him here planned, I mean life in general, the bigger picture. I just get a happy feeling when I sense things like this! Grin

Kathy, Ricky gave us this message about forgiveness; it's the collective one operating here. I'm just a tool.

Hiorta, you already knew what we just begin to learn.

White Feather, ha ha!  if you forgive yourself you won't lose motivation to improve yourself, but you will lose motivation to improve others...get it?  Cheesy but u won't lose compassion. and we are always becoming. we are not finished with our lives, so we are always becoming. love, alysia

Beautiful Alysia. Wink Wink Wink
Forgiveness is the key to happiness and taking the load off and leads to love of oneself which leads to love of others which leads to love of all of which we are all ONE.  Grin

Much Love,

And...forgiveness is not just about forgiving self and others.  There is another layer of forgiveness which forgives "what is" for not being what we believe we desire.

Isn't it easy to focus on ourselves and others and yet not see the "big picture" which is larger than self and other?

Acceptance and humility.
The path to happiness.
Still, the sun shines.
Just a passing cloud.

Yes I think forgiveness is a great step in our spiritual. Some people might say,a person did something that is they unforgiveable.I had a forman who was so mean that nobody liked him.He would make a fool of me in frount of all the other workmen. When he died.I gave him full forgiveness.About a week later looking at tv,I felt the pressure of a hand on my shoulder, and at the same time I saw a light in the corner of my eye.I looked over at the light, and there he was.He was smilling as if to thank me for forgiving him.I think forgiveness is the way God wants us to do.To love and forgive. If we forgive,so will god forgive us.Love George
