Farewell of a mouse
Sep 20th, 2005 at 12:53pm

Farewell of a mouse

Recently my guidance told me to pay attention to the little things.
Today I was riding bike in a forest. I had a break. I heard a rustling, it was a little mouse. I got down on my knees and said in my mind: "Hey mouse, come over here!" After a minute, it actually came to me. I fondled the mouse. It was ill or just very old it seemed, when walking, it often fell down at one side and it did not nibbling, like mice ususally do. What should I do with this special mouse? Possibly kill it to relieve it from its pain? Not a nice imagination. Some birds of prey nearby would do it for me. Just leave? Well, it came to me...It sometimes moved in its clumsy way and then rested, breathing heavy. I just did what I used to do in retrievals. I closed my eyes, imaginated to radiate soothing energy and spoke of the light to the imagined counterpart of the mouse. Then I asked for assistance, and I was guided to two regions: One seemed to be a kind of group soul, the mice-heaven if you want, the other was the life-form-field which resonates less and less with the mouse's body. I then spoke in my mind to the mouse: "Relax. Sleep. Let go of your body. Go back home." The (physical) mouse writhed and then didn't move anymore. It had died.
  Bye, spooky

I had a sort of similar experience.

My guidance suggested that I take a walk by a near by reservoir. All along the path, basking in the sun, were newborn lizards. I felt so much love for them. This might sound silly to some, but they reminded me of how much love there is.

Also, I wondered about how they know to do things such hunt after bugs etc. It's not like they go to school. The knowledge must be passed on to them in a manner that is beyond purely physical means. It's hard to imagined that their DNA was programmed that way, just by chance.

This just makes my day.  I love your farewell to the mouse, Spooky!  I would never have thought to approach this situation in that way.

your story reminds me of a dog which died here in Roswell Spooky, last year. she was old and had cancer and I was trying to make her last few years more comfy with some human companionship she had been denied for years. she seemed to rally for awhile and I thought I would enjoy her for those years she had left. but it was not to be..she got worse and worse until she laid around most the time. still she hung on this way, to have hardly any energy but she knew I wanted to keep her with me so she would'n't die. when I finally realized I would not be healing her, and yet she would not be dying without my permission, I told her it's ok, you can leave today, I will be all right and so will you, I'm sorry you are not feeling well; I hope you enjoyed the real meat I have fed you, and sorry if it made you expire sooner! (she had not eaten well in many years) I came back 30 minutes later and she had expired from the body. theres more to the story but you can imagine the rest! thank you for reminding me of this great experience Spooky, love, alysia

Awww geez, how tender that story was.  If it was me finding that sick mouse I would've been balling my eyes out.   Cry    Thanks for the story, now I can remember your technique if I need to.

Last night as I was opening a kitchen cabinet I noticed a funny looking bug on the cabinet door.  Not sure what it would be called.  It was a tad bit bigger than a mosquito and it had big wings that looked paper thin.  The wings were closed together.  Kind of large wings for how small the rest of him was.  He was only a half an inch long.  I like bugs so I wanted to invite him onto the end of my finger.  I put my finger right in front of his antennas.  (My daughter calls antennas "antler's"  hee hee, and I never correct her....hee hee hee).  I could tell that I had his attention, and he was kind of checking out my finger for a few seconds.  He wasn't scared, didn't try to go the other direction.

You won't believe what he did next.

He walked a tiny ways up past the tip of my finger so that the side of his wings was against my fingertip.  Then he slid back and forth!   Grin  It appeared that he was scratching his wings with my fingertip.  Then he turned around so that the other side of his wings could get scratched too!

My husband and I were cracking up!  That sweet little bug had probably been needing that for a long time.

Love,
Vicky   Cheesy

Hi, I enjoyed your responses! Thanks.

For those who like seeing symbols: After the mouse was dead, a large beetle, black, came across, moving on in a straight line between me and the mouse.

Bye, spooky

Hey everyone,

Just got round to reading this thread and i love the stories here.

I use to have a dog called Duke when i was younger, he was funny we use to get on well, play hide and seek and he would always fine me! He looked cool as well, a black labradoor (excuse spellin) cross dalmation so he was black but had a white stomach and paws with black spots on Cheesy! We had to get rid of him because we had to move unfortunatly he could't come with, well to cut short my mum's ex took him away when i was at school and didn't tell me or my sister so we came up and well as you can guess. anyway i know this is a ovious question but would like to hear the answer i think i would get anyway just to make sure. Could i contact him in the astral/OBE/phasing/dream (lol open to anything) world? Hes still alive.

And back to the thread sorry for going off i love the way you handeled this spooky2, not sure if i would of thought of that, its a very good idea and i will have to remember it in case i need to use it in the future. Great story.

Ryan, I truely believe that we can contact an animal just as well as a human while they are still alive.  I set my intention often for doing such things with people.  Even though I don't always get confirmation from it, I believe my intentions get delivered.  But that's talking about part of my spirit contacting part of their spirit sort of thing.

If you mean to have conscious memory of such contact, I do believe you could do that too.  You can do anything you set your mind and intentions to.  Just work on it and experiment.    Smiley  By the way, he sounds awfully cute.  How sad for you that he was taken away like that.  That's so unfair.

Yeah, can't remember too much but was upset! Wish i could find him and take him to New Zealand with me, we did get on really well but then that would probly mean upsetting his new owners and I'm sure hes happy with them now...Smiley

I loved the mouse story, spooky.  One day, perhaps that little mouse spirit will be in a human body.  Not sure how that all works, but i think it's all spirit of the same essense.

you should set your intention to go see the dog Ryan and then start expecting something to happen each time you go to sleep concerning the visit. it works! cool huh? sometimes would take me a week or two to have the contact but if you really want this, you can do it. love, alysia...

I just thought of something else to try while I putting this dog face up...lol....concentrate on your dog's picture for a solid 5 minutes, maybe divided up into 2 days...that gets your intention set strong enough you can do this. just some ideas I have.  also concentrate on the feelings you had when you played hide and seek with your pet..hold the feelings as long as you can to enjoy them, then attach your intention to the feeling.
