Hey White_Feather,

As far as i can see you have said nothing wrong and have done nothing wrong. I do think you are trying to hard though, in the sense of posting...

Give people time and someone to explore with you, you will find, it just takes time. We all our on different timescales as well so it takes a while for people to see your posts and respond so give them a chance but no one is ignoring you.

Maybe you are ready but some people are not yet, some people may want to find their feet first some people may want to jump in, whateva the case the time will come soon just be paitent and hang on in there!

Hi White Feather,

I just love that name.  Well, I am beginning to feel that there are partnered explorations happening when we are not noticing it.  Last night I found myself in an empty apartment with a round wooden table in front of me.  There was an envelope on the table with about 5-6 pictures on it.  I looked out the window and saw a big cadillac automobile sitting in front with the door slightly open.  Whoosh, I went somewhere after that but who knows?

Anything is possible so don't get discouraged White Feather.  I'm just a beginner too.  Your partner will come to you when the time is right.

Hi White Feather,
I never did partnered exploration, so it's new to me, too. We can try it. My ideas and questions about starting it:

--With or without a meeting point? Maybe a physical one, maybe a nonphysical.
--An identification sign, a name, a picture?
--Informations shared while exploring we didn't shared on the board for confirmation after exploring?
--Any special tasks or aims while exploring?

Maybe you have a feeling what would be the best.

I once did an experiment with a friend; I imagined to take her to my special place out there and she should just "listen" what she gets. She had a daydreaming- like experience where we were together at a place, she said it was very soothing and peaceful, but I found no matches to the look of my special place.

You can contact me via the personal messenger service on this website (hope it works), and we can exchange our E-Mail addresses. And yes, don't worry if I answer not quickly, I will do.
Bye, spooky

hey there Blink...I just had to notice something here; you dreamed this last night, right? so did I dream of pictures within an envelope also..so that's pretty neat. this was in relationship with Ryan but heck, you may have been there also. you know theres a place in the astral where retrievers go to school, right? bet that's where that cadillac took you.
but as to the pictures in my envelope, I knew what they were...of devastation in New Orleans, with personal interpretation of it written on a note inside the envelope. I had stapled one picture on the outside, and placed one on the inside, and I sensed there might be a couple more pictures in the envelope, but I didn't see those.

just thought it kind of ironic that you mention pictures in an envelope, on the same night that I dreamed of the same thing. love, alysia

Yes, Alysia, I did dream this last night.  Isn't that interesting...my pictures, the two or three visible were of people.  I was looking at one photo and it was like I looked "into" the photo.  It was a woman who looks like my aunt and I was so "into" the photo that I seemed to admire a flower on her dress and tell her how pretty she looked.  I don't know who the others were but I know there was more going on in the dream than I was aware of.  For goodness sake when there is an empty table with nothing but an envelope and some pictures there you certainly know what you're supposed to pay attention to!  I like your idea of "school" because I certainly feel that my perspective is changing all the time right now.

Hi White Feather,
any suggestions concerning my ideas?
To say a time: Friday not, but on the other days I'm flexible with time, from afternoon to late at night (European time).
Allright, bye, spooky

hey,

i can describe the pictures...wonder if anything rings a bell?

The first one i saw was of a woman, i would say about 30 years old, she had ginger hair which was really curly and she had a full head of it! She didn't have a thin face, but not a big face either, she may of had a few freckles. She had deep blue eyes and a big smile.

The second picture was a pavement with a few pot holes in it, grass either side and a couple of trees??

The last picture was weirdest. It was a girl, 22 comes to mind, a beautiful face, light brown hair tied back but kept up, once again deep blue eyes. She was like a picture, frozen mid frame of her laughing, head looking to one side facing upwards. I can still remeber them vividly to this day more than the retrival its self which i remember very well! well what i was concious in! lol

Wonder if any of this makes sense with anyone else....

Dear White Feather,

I think that your poem, I am really starting to worry, really struck a cord on this board. I know for me it certainly has.  In it you have included all the reasons why people come here and why we have such a desperate need to connect and be validated.  I call it a poem because it says so much in so few words yet captured one aspect of our group essence so eloquently; the part beneath the words that many of us write that cuts to the core of what we want from each other.  I cried when you wrote, “Maybe since I have no phone calls anymore, I am already dead and did not notice it,” because I have voiced this throughout the years when I’ve not connected with my sons when I longed to Cry and laughed as you noted, “Maybe I should stop talking to myself” Grin, or “Maybe I made all this up and ended up being so desperate that I am seeking for crazy solutions”, I really like that one and I think a lot of us can relate to it Wink.  This board is one way to get that validation if you’re curious enough to trust in your imagination.  IMO you show it in this creative poem and in your courage to be persistent by coming to the main form with your request to partner.  I hope that this works out for you because I think that you are a person whom I would trust to give the story straight and simple and also because this partnering thing is our future way of operating for retrievals.

Bottom line is that I cannot promise you that you won’t be attacked for saying the “wrong” thing Undecided, for example, by some posters but I can promise that with many others you will get wonderful tips on getting to know the very ones who love you unconditionally in a way that most humans cannot. Wink  Keep up the good work and glad you’re hanging in here.

Jean Kiss

P.S. I printed out your poem to remind me of some of my fears and negativity which sometimes limits me. Thanks. J

Dear White Feather,

I used to feel like I was invisible, that no one heard me or saw me. Then when I started on this path, I saw that it was me that didn't love myself and I thought I was invisible to everyone (not literally) because I was projecting myself that way. Once I started facing my fears and releasing them, things changed and I wasn't invisible anymore. Loving yourself for who you are shows in all facets of your life. And I'm not talking about Ego, being selfish. I think you understand. Wink

With Love, Mairlyn Wink

me too Mairlyn. I used to practice to be invisible. I would say to others "don't look at me, I am not here as I am invisible. if you do not see me you cannot hurt me, so do not see me, and I do not see you."

yes, well, those were the good ol days I guess Grin I didn't love myself either. as a child, the protective device of being invisible, (sometimes literally, to hide in bushes) was a survival mechanism. it was a nasty childhood. but that is sometimes our reality to overcome. surely not asking for sympathy. I'm just glad I'm here, talking to you, and I have always felt close to you from day one. just thought I'd throw that in.. Cheesy
