in the subconscious area of the brain is where one does what we call lucid dreaming on occassion which can and do extend into out of body sensations commonly known here as obes.
if you want to get to know who you are and what you are you take up the study of "you."
you are numeral uno. every thought and feeling and experience you have here is important. it is a journey to understand yourself and how you create your own life, your own experiences in order to claim authorship over your self; the only authorship you can ever claim.
Never discount yourself, your lucid dreams and obes will lead you to understanding of yourself. when we dream no more, you will have arrived for everything in the subconscious collective area will become known to you also within your waking state of C1; therefore the union occurs, your frequency is stepped up.
in this journey, follow your own intuition, your feelings and do not let another persuade you that you are deluded. realize when another says this to you, they are speaking of what they believe about themselves, and they are hoping you will authenticate their belief with your agreement, that indeed, all is delusion. to discount what you receive within ludid dreams or within C1, or within obe state, is but another discounting of yourself, your journey here. to go this discounting path is folly; for would you not desire to own yourself? would you not want to author yourself? Be strong, believe in yourself, love yourself and know you can be free from negative persuasions as you study that are offered to you. especially now, during this shift in consciousness where many earth changes are said to be on the agenda we must be alert to those who have their own agenda of negativity energy; stay  alert not to resist these forces thereby giving them power of authenticity, but to quietly make our own choices to keep to a positive outlook, speaking our truth and if it is not heard, not to get overly excited about that. sometimes we are required to develop patience with others; as I said they do not speak about your failing, but their own inner confusion. there will be guidance for all. none will be left behind insofar as grace is concerned. grace is unmerited favor. you will all be given this.

yes white feather, you are with the help of guides, helping yourself to give your self clarity and growth and it seems to be working rather well within this subconscious are where we dream and where we also go obe. already you have a sense of being "out" because now you are aware of grounding yourself back in the body. you give yourself that. there is like a person inside of you knows all the answers and C1 is like another person does pretend does not know all the answers. when the two people get together, there is fireworks and celebration! you are almost there because you are so curious. did u read Bruce's books about what C1 is? would be good idea.
also a very real state of affairs is we are not alone. there are non/physical folk who like to watch us growing and help if we ask for help. the doubts are normal, but again, to read "Beyond all Doubts" is explaining much to me just in the title. when u find yourself beyond all doubt, you will want to tell us about it because is too much to hold inside. now u are starting. you started when you asked out there about why u feel retrievals feel like you make it up. so u keep on anyway...then comes a day you at last know, I could not make up what just happened as now I am a different person.you will feel different, maybe act different, you will have healings happen to you, you will see people look at you strangely and can't figure you out, but your life will not change on the outside too fast.  this is called getting verification which makes it real to you that u are progessing. some doubts fall off. don't worry, it's normal. you move at your own pace.
your guides are trying to show you how it can seem like real, that burglars are downstairs, some thing is being stolen...then on another viewpoint you notice they are not really there, and so doubts are not a threat to you to have them. it is the nature of the creative mind to create these situations to see what is real, and what is not and how we believe what our senses tell us, and yet our senses do not tell us the whole truth, nothing but the truth, as there is no absolute truth except that we are human beings who are always becoming, who are always arriving, and this is so within the afterlife, that we continue to become without a physical vehicle.
