hey...

there is so much you can do its impossible to tell! to start though i recommend readin this whole website....as your here! lol and this will give you a good starting point, then find something your inbterested in, certain ares and search for them and ask questions on here, thats what its here for.

For example i'm into out of body experiences at the moment, thats what exploring is about to me, but eveyrone varies.

pratice...relaxing..wishfull thinking...learning the various sleep stages...and knowing what to expect...lol sounds complicated...i don't know half that stuff but i can do them sometimes and they are amazing! but i kno wwhat to expect if its gonna happen and how to "project" when ready now just from experience.

Best thing is to go to sleep slightly earlier and relax as much as you can, even the mind but make sure you don't fall alseep (hardest bit!). just keep relaxing, you should feel floaty but don't think oh i'm floating, is this it? what do i need to do? lol just enjoy it and stop thinking and see where it takes you....

another tip..keep trying it will come eventually...i kept giving up cuz nothing happened loL!

what have you got out of it spooky?

i own a couple of Bruce's books and tonight purchased the guidebook and CD's now i have a paypal account set up, it looks really good and i hope it helps me explore. Can it help you go OBE? what other things does it show?

i can't wait, i live in England and its gotta be shipped from america so i guess im gonna e waiting a while...i'm too impaitient which doesnt help lol.

Hi Ryan b,
First: This is not a book for obe in the strong sense. I mean the thing Monroe described in his first book: To be in a second body, to see your surrounding (included your physical body), to have the immediate sensation that it is real etc. I personally didn't experienced it. But as far as I know an obe in that meaning seems to be a very tricky thing, difficult to start and to control it. So do it the easy way with Bruce's method which is to have similar experiences like the TMI grads have but without HemiSync. It's more subtle than to have a classic obe but quite better accessable. Well you know this things as you know Bruce's other books. Works with imagination, you know "priming the pump". There are some hints in it which seem to be simple on the first look but true and effective.
But, you know, check it out on yourself...

cool, well after much work i've finally got my paypal account sorted and ordered Bruce's Afterlife Knowledge Guidebook and CD's. Can't wait!

just to classify a bit more, i've had OBE's, some self-induced some not. Do you see? or is it just images flashing up like in a daydream state? can we hear? can we openly commicate in a graphical environment or just with thoughts...?

in my experiences with retrievals and those things I see a little, I hear a little, I feel a little...So yes, it's similar to a daydream or a imagination. But there is a difference: Many things do happen unexpected, and some things seem simply to be too strange to be just made up by myself. And those things like guidance, and insights in yourself...
Bruce says some of his participants are astonished that it is so easy, too easy to be true. His book helps to overcome the belief that because something is easy it cannot be true or important. But, to come back to the perception point, he also says that it's extremely different how people perceive under his method. Some are seeing all vividly and clear, some see nothing but say they get a "knowing".
