Contact and communication with beings of higher vibration, is always helpful. They have to capacity to inspire, heal and assist powerfully in many ways, as much as you're willing to work with their assistance.
Indeed, without meaningful contact with more evolved consciousness in various contexts (intraphysical and extraphysical), the rate of evolution for all consciousness would be severely compromised. This is one of the reasons for intraphysical incarnation, in which many beings of many different levels of evolution, are given the powerful opportunity, to co-exist and interact with each other in so many ways on so many levels, thereby supporting the evolution of the consciousnesses who contact with the more evolved ones, and making assistantiality or help from the more evolved consciousnesses, possible in many forms, in many karmic contexts of a varied nature.
For instance, the evolved consciousness or advanced soul, who volunteers to incarnate as a leukemia or cancer stricken child who would die young, to inspire a profound, emotional shift, experience of love, and learning in the parents who would benefit from the loving contact of such a beautiful, evolved soul.
As it applies to yourself then, acknowledge the Law of Help - as you ask for assistance and benefit from the loving contact with the energies of higher evolved beings (whether intraphysical and extraphysical); by exactly the same token, you freely give your assistance and benefit others around you who could use your guidance, love and contact. This is the Law of Help - as you ask for Help from others, so you give Help to others who ask of it. And the Help is always totally unconditional, for it is one aspect of God helping another, God helping It/Him/HerSelf, in both ways, across all levels, manifestations and beings. It is You helping (other aspects of) Yourselves, You loving (other aspects of) Yourselves.
Regarding channelings of Sananda, the Being of tremendous light and highest vibration, who incarnated on Earth as Jesus/Apollonius (previously as Adam, and as Moses) to demonstrate, expemplify and teach the Christ Love that is everpresent within and is the true nature of all beings; the following are three excerpts, in which Sananda had made guest appearances, during sessions in which Jon C Fox channeled the (Ascended Master) Hilarion :

Hilarion: There are many ways to understand this. The troubling part about it all is the same sort of energy we come into when we try to talk to you about things like truly, deeply healing foods. Your preconceived ideas about this get in the way. You have been preconditioned by so many in this regard with the relationship to the individual known as The Carpenter, known as Jesus of Nazareth, various different names. Well, we like to think of him as The Fisherman because of the way in which he drew in the souls of so many on your planet. This is a positive and beautiful way to think of him.
But as you understand these energies, you must see that the full deeper revelation of this has been powerfully overlaid by your religions, the Anti-Christ religions as well as the Christ-based religions, those that seek in opposition to bring understanding--for instance, Christians seen as heathens, as associated with the Devil, and others, in various religions that are indeed those which outnumber the Christians upon your planet. But to ultimately understand all of this, you must throw away all of these preconceived ideas, and many of you are ready for this.
So the simple truth is that there was an important man, a being who had gathered many energies, who had been incarnated in the past as the one that legends speak of as Moses, and as the one called Adam (who was a real man--the first one to die when the Xenon was removed from your atmosphere). In all of the subsequent incarnations of this being, a great deal of learning and gathering of information took place, but he recognized that the information needed to be shared, that others needed to understand it. This was ultimate empowerment, and was that which cut right to the heart of the rulers of the day. Eventually, this causing them to destroy the great library he had created of his works and his ability to assist others--the library at Alexandria. And the ability as a result of this to change the attitudes of those who were empowered became paramount to those who wished to control others: the pharoahs, the priests, the popes, and all of the others that came since have continued this energy in submerging these great works into that which would seem to be within the current understanding, for instance of the King James interpretation of the Bible, a lesson of fear, a lesson of disempowerment, a lesson in which, unless one goes right to the heart of the most helpful energies, one that cannot always bring one to a state of greater clarity, but rather one of dependence on the priests, on the religion. Perhaps even a fear of the various energies, guilts, and other excesses that the individual has experienced.
This man had a name. It was Apollonius. Yet at the time that name was attempted to signify consciousness, awareness, and so it was wiped from the face of Earth. There were many myths and energies associated with this energy, drawn in then from the Greek civilization, the Roman civilization. Many similarities to great Greek and Roman myths and Gods, and just as the Church has attempted to do this in so many ways powerfully drawing in from the lessons of the festivals, the times of Earth change, celebration and related matters, so then was this done with these myths and legends.
In the building of the Christ energy, there was much truth. There were many energies that were understood. But there were also many energies that were deliberately redirected to bring power to those in positions of power, to bring fear to those who needed to horde that fear over others. The being, as Apollonius, traveled all over your planet, learning in different capacities, working in different ways. Some important stops made in Japan, others in India. These are the legends that come to the Essenes and those who have studied and worked with the energies associated with the Christ at the higher vibrational level. As a man, he had opportunities to share many energies, to do many things, even to take a wife. To understand things on your planet at a physical level sometimes means being physical.
But at the same time, the essential energy seen at the highest level, that which you might associate with the higher vibration which entered into this being--that which has been known as Sananda--is a beautiful energy, an important energy, an energy that has direct association with what you would see as the highest and best aspect of the Christ; not that which disempowers, but that which loves, loves unconditionally, and empowers you to love unconditionally.
That is perhaps the best way to see this, because it must be seen that the unconditional love extends to those priests, pharoahs, rulers, and others who sought to change history, who sought to stop the process of enlightenment that had been begun in Jerusalem by the great words that this man had spoken. Understanding this process is very difficult, and that is what you are being asked to do when you comprehend and work with history in such a fashion. Understanding it will have a direct implication in the physical reality, as many of the ancient writings that were buried deeply in the Earth are produced from Alexandria, from aspects around the world where some of these were taken from the library before it was destroyed, and revealed again to humanity. These ancient scrolls, books, symbols, carved on rock and other things, will emerge in the next few decades in direct response to people having the deeper message of the true Christ energy. Don't give it a name. Know it as an energy. Feel it within your being. And in this way you have the real answer to what you seek.

And so for a moment, letting go of these ideas of questions, to be within, to be in your own heart, to feel as if your heart is breathing, and in that breathing there forms a beautiful golden light, a sparkling star of light in your heart, a heart star in the center of your chest that begins to glow, to become brighter, to fill you with its radiance. And now I would ask you to hold your hands in front of you as if to receive in a restful easy way, palms up, the energy from your heart now forms and moves outside of you. It becomes real and as it moves down into your hand, it remains as energy for some of you, but for some of you it becomes an object, a pattern, a memory, an idea. For many of you the visualization of an object brings a special sense of love - a feather, a crystal, a statue, a loaf of bread, a stalk of wheat. In light of the question just asked, the gifting of food to your fellow men and women, this is an important significance of this gift. But you have two hands so let this light now also move from the heart into the other hand where it forms another gift. Choose one for you and one for the rest of humanity. And release that one and hold the other one as if allowing it to melt into your hand and allowing the other to melt into the Earth, to melt into those who would need it most. Christmastime is signified by gift giving. Its core, its essence, a reminder of the love in your heart for others. Those who have sought to commercialize this, to take away from the energies, have not been entirely successful. For even in the child's eyes full of greed is also a moment of appreciation and love for the world, for the love and the strength of those who would give.
And so for this moment, recognize this beautiful, special time and welcome a gift for yourself of Christ love, of a golden radiance always present, always in your heart, now to be breathed, now to fill you and now to extend beyond you to touch others as if its very nature is both giving and receiving.

Sananda: Thank you Hilarion. I am Sananda and have been a sign post or beacon for your planet for a few thousand years. My name has been used in many forms as a prophet, as a religious figure, but what has been overlooked is the light of the Christ in your heart. This golden light, it is a brilliant light, it is a liquid light. It is this light with which I can communicate with others - other people, your energy, but also religious figures on your planet be they charismatic or reclusive. It is an energy that I do not deny to anyone and so it has within it the idea that you will not deny it to your friends, to your loved ones, but most importantly, to your child self.
Christmas has been a powerful symbol of the baby, of the child energy. Powerful but also so kind and loving. This is an energy that is real with the experience of being born, and you have all felt it. So let the little baby be in your heart now. And let that child be golden, pouring light to you, filling you with a loving, caring light. This is the great symbol of being human - to understand and to receive that baby, to let the energy of your own child self, your own baby self always be with you.
It is at once simple and wise, because within its eyes is a great light, a light which loves completely, universally, perfectly. And that light never goes out from the world. Even in its times of struggle or darkness, the light is there.
This energy can come through in many ways. It can be felt by many people in many religious disciplines, but it is a core that is based in the biology of your heart, in the consciousness of your subtle bodies, in your breath. It is a great gift that Earth bestows on all humans, and a great gift humans are given to bestow upon each other. This is why the spirit of Christmas has evolved into gift giving. And that energy that is felt still as it may be corrupted by the commercial aspects or changed by religious dogma; it still shines through. The energy that says: in your heart, you are one.
Hilarion: Hilarion here again. We thank you Sananda for the idea of this as a crystal clear light in the heart. It has been asked as to our impressions of this being Sananda. And anyone who works at the multi-dimensional levels, be it in your own sleep or in your projections, in your meditations can contact and work with Sananda to know for yourself. To perceive this in its truth is to understand it as a clear light that has within it a personality, a personality of love, of caring, of compassion, of a willingness to burst through any wall of pain or struggle in order to contact and know that love. Not that love from him, but that love within yourself.
And so when we are discouraged, when there are times when our willingness to help seems insufficient, that is who we might seek out. Not so much for counseling or advice (there is plenty of that at the extraphysical levels), but for encouragement, for the awakening of the heart light, for the energy that says, I love. And so as I love, so you too can love.
One might ask then in understanding the energies associated with consciousness as associated with being experienced, physical, in the body, about these beings - that is limiting them. Mary, for instance and her willingness to help the children of your world, to appear to them in visions, to guide them and love them; this is a powerful symbol that has been added to by the non-physical realms and is a useful, helpful, uplifting energy for anyone who wishes to contact it.
Mary: Through this body [Jon C Fox’s body] I have been known as Miriam, and I have contacted you through him before. That you know me as the mother of Jesus the carpenter, the way-shower. Yet, it is to the children that I speak and to the child self in you. It is this which must awaken, to recall the child part of you that loves and is loved. And with this part of you I strengthen a clear eye to look. What will you see in the world? When you look with your heart's eye, when you understand with the eyes of a child just as Jesus has shown you, you look with love. And what you will see hurts. You must shed tears for what you see - for the ways in the world that have harmed or allowed suffering. But you must look. The child will look. The child will be scarred by what he or she sees, but will look anyway. And so now it is time to look at your world through the eyes of a child, to see in your heart where suffering is needless, where struggle can be released, where old ways can be then let go of so that the new ones of love, new ones of appreciation, new ones of acceptance can be welcome again.
But still this is not enough. You must literally, physically cry to see with my eyes, to understand this and to feel it. And this is my answer to your question about pain, about why the children (I do see the teenagers as children you know), why they indeed recoil from this. They do not welcome the tears because you do not welcome them. But the tears can be that of release of toxicity, release of stress. And the release of these tears as the new thought form must be the veil of tears, the wall of tears, the curtain of tears that is passed through by everyone on your planet when you truly see what you have done to yourselves and why you no longer need to. You must cry for them, for the children, for your own hearts, for your Earth as you then make the corrections and move into the level that is ultimately of greatest joy for all.

Our relationship to Mary is one of deep respect, but also an understanding that your willingness to see in this way is one also of confronting your pain, and knowing that it is there to be released. It is there to understand, there to remind you, that it has a purpose. It is not just to be avoided. A moment please.....
