Hey everyone,

Just wondering about how i had an OBE last night, before the OBE i can't remember even dreaming or sleeping! but i can't remember conciously going out, like how i've done before...rushing sound through ears etc.

what happened was suddenly an image appeared, (i can't remember the bloackness beforehand lol), it was just there and so was i. I didn't become aware i was dreaming and then become conciously aware, i was properly out of body but can't remember how?

also looking at the time scale of how long i was in befor being forced out aghh! lol. i was asleep for a few hours....just confused how it happened so if anyone could enlighten me i'd be more that grateful.
