Sapphire transmitted the e-book, I read it very rapidly, and I have a couple thoughts on it that may or may not inspire others.
First, this is a Brief Coverage of the topic. If your decision is whether to buy food or this book, go for the food. You'll be more satisfied later.
However, it you want dessert, this is a very decent coverage of how to project. It's remarkably brief, an advantage to readers, but a disadvantage to those who value things on voloume alone. There are two basic methods listed, O have no doubt that both will be effective, but I haven't had time to test them out yet.
Both of the techniques are similar in their very general content to those available from boks by Monroe, Carrington & Muldoon, and others, although I can't place them precisely without going back through a few dozen references. I also recall a very similar technique proposed by Ormand McGill, a highly esteemed hypnotherapist, who made an extensive study of hypnotic methods and those used in Indian meditation. In one of his writings, McGill used specific suggestions that essentially were a parallel tp Sapphires astral projection methods. However, Ormand was using them for a deep meditation.
I see no particular conflict with methods for astral entry suggested by Bruce's fifth book or CDs. If you can't get in touch with the astral levels through Bruce's ideas, these ought to be another option. There are doubtless dozens of other techniques as well, there's no monopoly here.
Sapphire gives a little commentary on experiences, and some very good advice about cleanliness of body and spirit. If I had followed that advice 50 years ago I'd be in a different world today, but I guess that lumps are proof of living.
I had $25 available. I didn't mind spending it. I got the content advertised. It isn't a scam.
Now to see if I can use the ideas.

I think you forgot to mention that my methods are the best, compare with all the authors you mentioned.
Because they lack of some very important process. That causes the readers of those books and can only get "out of body experiences". That is still earthly experiences. But to the Space and Universe my methods are the best.

You are really humorous, this crack me up. For those enjoy the food more, of cause the food is better. But if you want to master the skill with not much of struggle, my book is best on earth. You think I am bragging I am not. The book is right to the point, and all important methods that get you to master the skill.
So, your astral body, does not still wander on earth and get the "universe" already. It is so much fun out there, and eye opening. And you will know what my postings are real. Especially, the Catholic and Christian in the kingdom of Heaven, they welcome you to visit them. They all knew I have published the ebook, that is one of the reasons I am on earth.
Because most human, does not believe in God. This is one way of proving it. You are going to see them, when you are out of universe.

Tips for you, if you follow the ebook religiously, you will be able to prove what I said is right. When you are out in the space and universe, remember to come back, you still can perform two jobs, as human and as one of the gods, too. (Because you sounds like: You do not want to come back, according to what you wrote.)
And a good news for you:
I have never mentioned that I have ESP (Telepathy, Clairvoyance, precognitions and remote viewing.) abilities, too. The reason I do not really want to mention it, because too many people will ask me to read them, but I only use them at important events (Like what will be next major disaster will happen on earth or other worlds?). I am less interested in reading individuals
And by chance I read yours, you had a "god" title, too. (But at this point, I do not know what exactly was your title. ) I can see the past live with remote viewing, but very few people I can read with no physical contact, for example: I have never seen you or even know you in my life. Yet, I am able to feel you.
While you were reading the ebook I could feel you, and felt the excitements you had. And about your past life. You knew me in the past life. And you were on of my friends in the kingdom of gods. That explains why I can feel you easily. Because you are one of us.
So, I had no doubt that with my methods, you will be able to go all levels of universe. But if you have more questions, do not hesitate to ask me.
