I've belonged to The Healing Circle on yahoo groups for about 5 years. A wonderful woman named Susan Willis was the leader and she always offered the most wonderful prayers. She hadn't posted for a long time and the members were wondering if she was taking some time off.

We were all saddened to learn that she passed over February 4, 2005. She was a full time hospice worker so dealt with death everyday. She was only 58 and we still don't know what the cause of death was.

I always light purple candles for those I'm praying for. I mentioned once on the list that I couldn't find any purple tealights.  Lo and behold, she sent me 2 packages of them. This is the kind of loving soul she was/is.

I haven't done any retrievals/contacts for awhile but I knew that I needed to see if I could make contact with her.

After arriving in focus 27, I found her waiting for me. She appeared as a beautiful purple energy. She is busy working in the Healing and Rejuvenation Center helping those who have just passed over who need rest. I might have known this was what she was doing. She was a wonderful service to others worker here in the physical and is still a service too others worker on the other side.

hey dave - can you elaborate on this? i understand the concept of Self, but do you think more often than not the contact that we make with those in afterlife are not really with "other people", but part of our greater self?
