Picture This,
It’s 5:30 a.m. Friday morning and I’m sitting there drinking my coffee, the cat’s meowing, and I’m thinking about what I have to do at work. All of a sudden my husband comes dashing out of the bedroom demanding, “Who’s yelling Help?” I point at the cat, as my husband’s a bit hard of hearing. He says no, it’s not the cat that he heard. Then he proceeds to tell me that he was dreaming of his daughters and his youngest one started yelling for help. Then he thought, when he rushed out that it must have been me. I responded that it wasn’t, not that I don’t yell for help-a lot. But I did mention to him that he might try to call her just to find out if everything’s ok. It took him awhile to recover from the dream and feel normal again. He did make that call after I got home from work but there was no trouble and they had a very warm conversation. Who knows what that was all about? ??? It still lurks, at the back of my mind that maybe something will show up in her life as it did this past Christmas when her husband was in intensive care for an aneurysm. My husband has no memory of that incident even though he just got back from visiting them and was very concerned at the time. He thinks that I made the whole thing up when I asked how his son-in-law is doing as a result of the problem during the holidays. Maybe my recollection triggered his dream? ???
Anyhow, this thread started 2 days before my husbands dream and I thought I’d offer it.
