ha ha!   I do regret writing about people dying in their sleep; didn't want to stir up fear. lol. glad you handled it somewhat well! but then on the other hand, I've thought about death and dying all my life, so I'm almost blase about the subject. you must all forgive me my attitude that it's not dying, it's graduation to another kind of reality. we sort of prepare each other for graduation here; hopefully we don't instill fear, but courage. just for the sake of conversation, once I was also going out of body and just then I noticed I had stopped breathing....I quickly jumped back in the body and made myself breath, thinking drat, foiled again! lol. it might be a common problem of the would-be adventurer, I truly don't know. I'm basically content to not be attempting obe anymore so I don't have any advice. I like chatting with you. love, alysia
