Has anyone on this site ever actually seen a spirit ??? i mean has one clearly appeared to you and if so did it talk? or what did it do and how did it feel ???

Yes, I one time saw my cousin Jerry who had died 25 years previously. He was 13 when he died and had been very ill all his life due to having been born with holes in his heart.

I was in a full, waking state working at the computer and "felt" something behind me. I looked around and Jerry was standing there smiling at me. He looked to be around 20 (and not 13 when he died). He also had great color (while alive here he was always quite pale) and for some odd reason, he was wearing a suit and tie. He didn't say anything but just smiled. He was absolutely radiant. I couldn't say exactly how long I saw him there; it felt like a few seconds - no more than 20.

It took me a couple of months of thinking that I was losing my rational mind before I came to my senses and embraced this as a gift from Above.

I've also had ongoing communication (but have never seen) my fiance' who died in the Vietnam war.  The communication didn't start until about 12 years ago.

Have patience and faith that you will be contacted by your Casey.

Yes Wolf, I have seen them and interacted with them.  Communication is usually telepathic in that I will simply know what they are saying to me, but there are times when I will also hear the words they are saying. 

For example, when my father passed I heard someone call out his name twice before he left his body.  When interacting with them they are of a very high vibration and I feel an amazing love from them PUL.  I could give many, many examples of these events in my personal experience and those that others have shared with me.  There is no doubt that we are eternal beings and that our natural state of being is that of love.

Your Casey is communitcating with you in the ways you have described in your other posts.

Thankyou all :) i think i really wanna see casey you see thats the ultimate experience  i would like, to see her smiling at me in front of me.
you guys are very lucky to have seen spirits they never appear to me.
in the weeks leading up to her death , we used to joke around with me telling her that she had to come see me , but that she wasnt allowed to sneak up on me and make me jump...she used to laugh and pull a cheeky face and poke her tongue out saying she gotta have some fun :)

she was never ever scared of death she seemed to always know and tell me that she would come see me and indeed sleep with me every night...  i still think alot about her starting to see angels 2 weeks prior to her death because as i have said in other threads , although she had cancer , it hadnt got to the stage of limiting her physically yet, indeed on the day before she died she had taken her grandchildren swimming it was only afterwards she collapsed. but my point is , that at the time i kept sating every day to her have you seen anymore angels , and she would say " oh yes " " all the time now" and i would say to her that it was odd cos she wasnt gonna die yet cos was so fit still.
but of course i was wrong cos 2 weeks after her first angel appeared , she died :(

casey was always at one with herself, and used to say how she kept seeing a ghost cat  in house, noone else could see it , but she saw it plain as day.

Because Casey saw angels and even a ghost cat I am so very sure she is accompanied right now and it is such a whirlwind for her over there that it probably seems like half a second to her that she has been there. 

The spirits I have seen were in dreams.  A workmate of mine died of cancer and many weeks later I unexpectedly had a dream that she was sitting at a picnic table with friends surrounding her and she looked so happy and beautiful with her hair all grown back.  She was the center of attention there.  I just knew she was okay although I had wept sadly at her funeral. 

I have seen some of my relatives in dreams, and I have heard what certainly has sounded like angelic music in my dreams when quite young. 

I think Mairlyn's advice is excellent to do a little reading so when you begin to have experiences they will make sense to you.  You have a searching soul and it will not be turned down.

Many years ago I worked in a small factory.  The president of our Company died in the Virgin Islands about 1 1/2 years after I was hired.  I did not attend his funeral.
Two weeks after his death I was packing small car parts into a wooden crate and looked up to see Mr. Droulet approaching me. I knew no one else could see him and I believed he was in my mind's eye.  The vision kept getting stronger and clearer.  I stared at him and he became very solid looking and he continued to come towards me.  I shook my head in an effort to rid myself of the vision.  I didn't help.  I leaned down into the crate and refused to look at him but I knew he was still coming to me.  I was sure that he was standing right beside me.  I knew that if I would look up ....he would be looking straight at me.  I looked up (I couldn't help it) Mr. Droulet was NOT looking at me ....he was standing beside me and looking over into the corner of the building that held our mill.  I do not exaggerate when I say that this experience lasted for AT LEAST 2 full minutes.  It was at this point that he suddenly disappeared.  Three days later another girl who worked there had a dream and she dreamed my exact experience.....even to the suit that he was wearing.
He didn't speak to me....I just thought that he didn't know he was dead and was walking through the building as he often did in life.  At that particular time in my life I was going to some classes and doing a lot of meditation.  Every time I meditate alot I seem to have strange or different experiences.  This experience was NOT frightening. It was exciting....Mr. Droulet in life was a very sweet man.  I never saw him again although I worked there for another 18 years

A few years after my experience above with Mr. Droulet, I divorced and moved into a 2 bedroom apartment.  Shortly after moving in I began to get a fleeting glimpse of someone or something going down the hallway or going into one of the rooms.  It followed a pattern of coming out of the 2nd bedroom, going in or out of the bath and going in or out of the kitchen.  This went on for about 1 1/2 years until my son came back from California and moved in with me to get himself a new start.  Two weeks after moving in he sat on the couch and shouted out to me in the kitchen "Hey Ma, you know what? Your not living here alone".  I aksed him what he meant and he proceeded to tell me all about seeing the same thing I was seeing.   Scott stayed with me for about 4 months and continued to see this entity the whole while he was there.
A couple of months after he left my oldest daughter came to visit from Arizona.  The first afternoon she was there she said "You know what?  If I squint my eyes and don't look straight at it.....there is someone standing in your hallway"  I said "Is it a man or a woman?"  She said "I think it's a woman in a long blue gown"  I said "My gosh Jan, you are the third person to be aware of this entity ot whatever it is and it makes sense to me.  A older lady who is ill going back and forth to the bath and to the kitchen for a cup of tea"  Well, needless to say....Jan slept with me her whole visit because she was scared of "that lady"

It never frightened me because I felt I was watching some kind of movie or something.  It always did the same thing and didn't seem aware of me.  Only one night I awoke suddenly with my eyes shut and thought she was standing over me.  I smelled a very strong odor of lilac or roses or some other old time garden flower.  I opened my eyes and sat up.  She was not there and the smell lingered only a moment and was also gone.  The "Blue Lady" was my companion for over 3 years and when I finally moved she stayed on in the apartment.  I have 3 other children who were often at my apartment and often stayed over but never experienced the "Blue Lady"

   I have seen dis-incarnate entities at least a couple of times. The first time was 20 years ago in Florida. I was living with my father in a mobile home. One night around 2:30 am, I woke up and went out to the living room. I saw someone sitting in the dark on the chair and assumed it to be my father so I said "Hello Dad, how come you're up so late?". Then whoever it was got up and started walking toward me. Just as I realized that it wasn't my father, the ghost turned into a blue sphere; then into a rolling mist; then vanished.
   The most recent time was just a couple of weeks ago. I recently moved and have been here since January. I woke up around 3:00 am and was surprised to see some sort of translucent creature by the side of the bed. I had the impression of it being either a dog or a cat, as it seemed to want to be petted. So I reached out to touch it, but my hand just went through it. Also it seemed to have swirling offshoots surrounding it, reminding me of one of the entities seen in the movie Poltergeist. I later found out from a neighbor that the previous owner had 4 dogs when living here. I'm not frightened by any ghostly experiences, and actually wish to have some more.
