I would like to thank Bruce Moen for making afterlife retrieval and exploration so easy.  In reading his books and the posts here, I know that the retrievals I have done for years, either in dreams or spontaneously in meditation, were real.  I suspected, but my internal censor always creates doubt at the first opportunity.

I have been working through his Afterlife Retrieval course, book and CD.  I have done 4 retrievals so far, and it is wonderful to realize that I don't have to follow rigid guidelines for altered states, such as OBE or for remote veiwing.  The retrievals feel very much like I make them up, but I have to work on creative thinking in order to get the person to leave.  That tells me it is different that just fantasy thinking.
