the day of exorcism..duh.....
Jan 15th, 2005 at 9:43am

exerpt from RoadSigns my book I hereby threaten to publish this year. this is just a funny experience to me now, but I was crestfallan at the time and only 19 yrs old. it just points our how fearful our society really is of spirits and the issues around dying when it needn't be that way. just a kind word was all I ever needed in life; instead, they hauled me off to an exorcist. my disc is probably laughing their heads off at this Grin Roll Eyes Grin

LR stands for Laughing rain...me.
DP stands for Dead Preacher...my guide and disc member. (disc=a sort of grouping of spiritual essence units)

The preacher had thrown me away as spiritually soiled and in secret told Ron to take LR to an exorcist. Ron followed through with his exorcist plans, tricking LR into going for a ride. LR only knew that they were going to meet some new friends. We had arrived at the home of a married couple who appeared to be living the life of successful Christian hippies who knew how to clean house and cook natural foods and gather around them a group to feed. LR was escorted into a small room the size of a walk-in closet where a desk separated her and a friendly seeming gent.  Hmmm, she thought, I wonder when the party will start so I can make new friends? The inner conversation went like this:
LR: DP, this guy is getting really rude with me. Why? He acted really friendly just to get me in here. He lied to me!
DP: Don't talk too much LR, let me do the talking, this is serious.
LR: I'm gonna start crying because life is letting me down again. Nobody has loved me yet for myself and everybody fools me here, I just can't take people at face value and it's tearing me up.
DP: You're not going to cry, we're keeping the emotions just where we want them. He's going to test you now and I'm going to show him something. When he mentions Jesus' name go ahead and claim it in love. I speak his language. You do not. The man is sensitive enough to discern your spirit. Don't worry, I'll turn on the spotlight through the eyes. LR was then given a series of programmed questions delivered with shot gun sounding emphasis, designed to trick demons into vomiting green stuff out. But with each question about her allegiance to wickedness or Jesus her faith was only reinforced that Jesus' love had been real, was still real,  and she would align only with this kind of love. DP took over as he said he would and penetrated into the eye area of the exorcist and saw his spirit and intentions. It was his method that was amiss. Not his intention. Strange, LR thought. It hurt at first. His assumptions. Strange, am I a warrior for God also DP? Not exactly LR, DP said. Both your souls stand on equal ground. You have been tried and found not wanting. Did you see his eyes? Yes I beheld beauty there. As did he, LR. As did he. You may leave now. Just a moment in time but not describable in words, but only in energetic terms. A place where words are not used. The exorcist lowered his eyes as if he had received enough information and had to ponder it and so he went into his space, while LR refused to break the gaze just yet as the hair on the back of her neck still yet stood up. She was simply letting DP do his thing and the power in the room was not understandable but it had something to do with Ule. (undistorted love energy) DP was like dynamite too close to a match. LR was like a wilted salad of mixed emotions.
LR was ushered out the door wondering what that was all about. Ron put his head with the exorcist and as usual, she was being talked about but never talked to, nor given explanations of what she had just been subjected to. Ron was simply driving his chattel around trying to design for himself the perfect subservient wife. Shades of the Stepford Wives movie. Riding home Ron wouldn't stop staring at LR with a perplexed and astounded face but would not say much and would wear only an amused and wondering countenance, as if he were waiting for LR to light into him for the sheer trickery he had just pulled off.

Alysia, I'm glad you posted this and thanks for the PEM of it. I think it's very interesting to hear of the things that we go through in this life. I can imagine how you felt back then and I can see how you can laugh at it now.  I can't wait to read your book.

Oh, off subject, but Sharon got the ET off my desktop. There was an X to click on that I just wasn't seeing, and poof, it's gone. ROFLOL  Now I kiind of miss it so may get it back again just for fun.  Grin

Much Love,

Hi Alysia. Guess you did well to find your way through that situation without bigger problems. (hope there wasn't more)

It's probably a problem most eventuallyl face at some level in that the need to inform others seems to accompany personal opening  - it's a part of expressing love.

And I guess if it starts from a very young age it can result in negative experience that stunts development  - because kids haven't figured how to walk the line between total openness and clamming up - so they suppress their perception because people around them say it's 'wrong'.

Lots I think take this on as conditioning in early life, and it causes them to close - most for the rest of their lives.

Many that are more open in later in life will probably be familiar with the glazed look that comes over some instantly when you show signs of taking them where they are not prepared to go - you get good at lobbing a curve ball that's interesting but a little ambiguous, reading the response and instantly changing tack if needed.

It must have been a lot more interesting until quite recently - when the Catholic church were busily torturing and burning heretics...

I voluntarily went to an Anglican exorcist one time when I was worried I was possessed by a negative spirit. It didn;t help much but was quite dramatic, as the priest said to let the spirit react and just see what happened - the spirit was upset and angry about the situation and he said so through me without mincing his words as the priest was trying to exorcise him...

Only thing that eventually helped was me just trying to block him out myself and not communicate with him.

I'm sorry people around you decided to treat you like you describe here LR, or that your partner seemed to treat you like a "chattel"... I guess like Vajra says, that things improved
