I was just wondering how often people here do a retrieval?
Is it every now and then or something more regular?

In my case, it is a matter of finding the time and more importantly the peace and quiet! I take advantage of the opportunity to do retrievals maybe every other week. I would do more if I could, but the conditions need to be right.

Thanks PauliEffect, just the answer i was seeking because it raises more questions!

I'm managed at least once a week because i have the time and solitude available. But now you mention energy levels, i can only do them usually in the morning and very rarely at night when i'm way too tired to focus.

What is the 'disk' you speak of?

The Disk is the I-There.

I-There = A group of discarnate and incarnate humans that are connected
to each other. Discarnates that are permanent members of the Disk usually
stay in the astral at all times. Incarnates in the physical reality are
connected to the Disk/I-There by a yellow/green, self-illuminating wire,
with leads from the back of the human and splits into finer fibers all
over the Disk to the various discarnates members of the I-There. For full
info on the I-There, you should read Moen's four first books and Monroe's
two last books.

Funny you should say that as a little while ago i retrieved an aspect of myself who turned out to be old man in a stone building in around 1400's and then he cropped up again in a request for help i did to understand another aspect of myself. He almost seemed overjoyed at being able to particpate and i felt he was 'me' or an other aspect... really interesting.

That's interesting. I initially thought I knew what Aspect of Self was, but no I'm not so sure.

I don't know what it is I've retrieved sometimes. Energies only?
