Hi everyone,

After floating in the 3D blackness for awhile I decided to journey to Focus 23 to be of assistance, if needed. I then briefly moved forward and to my left, in blackness, and when I stopped I was standing near a short woman with her back to me, off to my right.

I was immediately hit with what I at first felt was a contradiction: the woman was elderly, and yet she was wearing a dress a young girl would fancy. I was getting that she was in her sixties or seventies. I could see white hair cut short and fashioned in rows of tight curls, a thin body stooped over...and a blue dress with short, puffy sleeves, the kind you'd usually see a young child wearing. She was preoccupied with something, moving her right arm out and in front of herself repeatedly, and since I could feel it was best to not startle her in any way, I took a second to wonder if I was getting the correct information about her. Her age and her attire for some reason didn't add up. When I then decided to stop wondering about it, and simultaneously took a mental step back to take in the entire scene, it was then a sudden knowing came to me: she was mentally handicapped...a elderly woman with the mind of a child. I didn't know if the dress was symbolic of her mental age, or if it was just a dress she liked, but I was no longer mildly confused.

I watched her for a moment to get a better understanding of how to help her, wondering what she was doing, and then began seeing brief flashes of diffused light kind of wink on and off in front of her, as she continued moving her arm from left to right. It was then clear that her hand was touching something that made light flash and blink several times, always from her right to her left, and I then understood she was playing with a set of vertical window blinds. She enjoyed sweeping her hand along the suspended, plastic vertical bands because she liked what it did to the light or sunshine on the other side. I suddenly knew what to do, and it was an idea I'd never thought of before--to take someone from Focus 23 to my first special place in Focus 27 (a small park with animals, trees, a pond), but I just knew this would work.

I carefully said hello to her as I was still feeling it important to not frighten her for some reason. She didn't answer or turn around...she just continued moving the blinds and watching the light twinkle. I told her my name and said that I too loved to do what she was doing...that I enjoyed watching sunshine sparkle between moving leaves on a favorite tree of mine. She finally turned and nodded, and I got that this activity was something she had started in her childhood...something she liked doing in adulthood to make herself either feel better or remind her of something about her past. I told her that if she wanted to go outside I could show her the tree I was talking about. She thought about this as she began touching the blinds less...and she asked where all her friends were. I told her I didn't know but encouraged her to go with me, which she finally did.

After a moment, as my Focus 27 park opened up around us, I asked what her name was and she stated, Sandra B. I asked if 'B' was for her last name and I'm not sure if she understood me, but she replied there were two other Sandras where she lived and she was 'Sandra B.'.  We sat on my wooden bench across from a cottonwood tree near the pond, and as I had promised, we both were able to look up and watch dancing leaves play with sparkling, warm sunshine.

It wasn't long before a woman suddenly approached, from the right, astonished to see Sandra. In wondering if she was a Helper I got back that she had known Sandra for quite some time, she wasn't mentally handicapped, and she was overwhelmed to see Sandra again. As the two women embraced I got that her name was Heidi. I also then knew that Heidi wouId take good care of Sandra and I got up and moved away from the bench to give them some privacy. A few more people were then walking up to and surrounding Sandra and it wasn't difficult to feel their excitement and happiness.

I then turned my focus of attention back to the physical and left, glad that she was no longer so alone.

Thanks for reading and much love,

Ginny
