How nice to find a section of this forum that is entirely devoted  to out-of-body experiences.

I remember that a few years ago I found one of Robert Monroe's CD series very helpful. Even though I was not terminally ill at the time and none of my family members or friends was, the 'Going Home' CD set, which is aimed at preparing the terminally ill and their relatives to leave this physical world, proved very helpful in getting me in the right frame of mind to somehow leave my physical body behind.
