I've been perusing CREST, the online data base of a number of CIA declassified files. (It has an interesting history--check out the Corbett Report Youtube video on it).
Previously I knew that Bob Monroe had some contact with the army, DIA, and/or CIA. A biography or two mentioned that he was aware that army, DIA, and/or CIA would occasionally send down agents for Gateway, etc (supposedly that they were easy to spot etc).
I'm also aware that "Skip" (Frederick) Atwater was a former training officer. Course most of know that Joe McMoneagle was a remote viewer in the Stargate program.
But what I wasn't aware of, was that Bob agreed to do a personal training of only army (and intelligence?) operatives to the tune of 24, 400 dollars in 1983.
Oh naive Bob, why would you put such weapons in the hands of dangerous children so knowingly? I can only surmise that you weren't aware of the degree of negativity that the army and intelligence community et al was capable of and the forces that they really work for? (Granted, they probably were a smidgen less corrupt at this point).

Plenty of missing, redacted, blacked out info, and no doubt, many files that just didn't make it in there because of their "sensitivity" to "matters of national security" cough, cough.
But lots of interesting (but again, somewhat limited) stuff and subjects from UFO's, to psychics, Edgar Cayce, Robert A. Monroe.
I found one file of a remote viewing of the Edgar Cayce foundation, the ARE and Edgar Cayce. The viewer got definite hits on the building and some features outside and within, but garbled some of the purpose/intent stuff it seems.
Here's a link to the general site/search engine if interested.
