Congratulations on your 2nd ghost book! 

I finally ordered your book yesterday so it's on its way!!  And just in time for my birthday.  Ok, it's about a month early. 

So did you use any of my stories in there?  I remember you once asked me if you could quote something and I said yes.  I never asked what it was cuz I was so flattered    Hey that's a great selling tactic.  Tell lots of people "I mentioned you in my book!"  Of course, what do you do when they find out you actually didn't?  I'm just teasing ya...if I'm not in there it's ok, I still love ya. 

So is this book gonna scare the pants of me?  I hope so.  I'll let you know what I get it.
