Woman in Manor House, 19th century
Jan 21st, 2012 at 8:57pm

WOMAN, 19th CENTURY UPPER CLASS

This was a retrieval with one unusual event, where the retrieval person
suddenly turned towards me.

I'm little unsure exactly when it started, but I think it happened during
three different occasions; One event where I was sleeping, a second case
and later a third case when I was in a session (one day passed between
the last two).

----
I'm sleeping and in a regular dream.

In my dream I'm indoors and observe a woman from a distance. I get the
impression that I'm in a big house owned by this wealthy woman. The
house is very dark inside, but I can clearly see the woman. The time
period may be between 1800 - 1850.

The woman is about 35 years, dressed in an expensive dress with tight
sleeves and a tight upper body (almost like a corset), and having a wide
lower skirt part. The dress is made of expensive green satin and I notice
two rows of buttons at the front.

The woman is clearly of upper class and very rich. I think I notice some
servants in the surroundings, but the woman seems lonely. She is walking
from room to room in her big manor house, taking care of various task, like
handling some tall curtains, talking to and taking care of some small kids,
moving around plates and glasses.

I can't see her from her front. She is rather good looking and slim built.
Her hair is set up in a fancy ball at the top of her head.

This is all to it. I just am observing her move back and forth and fiddling
with stuff in her manor house.

I almost forget the dream when I wake up.
----

Next event is when I go into a session. I'm open for anything to show up.

Suddenly I can see the woman from my dream. Again she is moving around, but
it's not as clear to me what she is doing as in the dream.

I she her move around a large table and past some paintings. She then
moves back in the direction she came from. I start wondering if this is
a retrieval. I try to talk to her, but she doesn't react.

Hmm... Could she be some kind of guide who tries to test my abilities?

I'm having a hard time noticing if there are any servants nearby. I can't
either detect if the children are still there from the dream.

I try to approach her when she stands close to some kind of cupboard.

I now can see myself (myself?) walk towards her and ask her what she is doing
in a chit-chatty way, almost like I'm at a party. But there seems to be
no one else present, but somehow I get the impression that this is kind-of
a party situation.

The man, which I think I am, is in his mid 30ies, and he has dark hair,
a big moustach. He wears a brown, sturdy suit, which may be used also for
outdoor walks. I think he has a white shirt and a dark tie.

I ask for his name and get "Mr Armstrong".

Having talked to the woman in the green satin dress, he is left alone. I
try to talk to him, asking more questions, who he is and what he is doing
in the house, and who the woman was. But he doesn't answer or just seem
to move his lips shortly in a silly way, then he start to look at the ceiling.

After a while he lights a curved tobacco pipe and starts to smoke. Perhaps
we are in a library?

As nothing more happens and because the man in the brown suit acts like a
thoughtform, I abandon the scene.

---

This is my second session the next day. Having met the woman in the green
satin dress twice, I'm curious if I can find out more about her.

After some time I can observe her again. She is walking around in her
house moving small items around. She doesn't turn directly towards me.

Again I try to talk to her. But she doesn't notice me. I get a very firm
impression that this is a very head-strong woman. She has decide to be
able to take care of herself and her huge manor house all on her own,
possible with the help of some servants.

She is not easily persuaded to do anything she hasn't already decide
for herself in advance. I can also feel that she has a lot of energy,
she is busy and she is working to keep her home fit.

I send her some PUL, and again nothing happens. I can't get her attention.

I wonder to myself, what could this strong woman need? Who would she
expect to pay her a visit?

I decide that her huge house probably needs some kind of craftsman repair.
I emerge as a craftsman, be it carpenter, bricklayer, plumber or something
similar.

I'm at least 20 years older than her. I'm fat, almost bald with some long
hair hanging down at the base of my head. I think I have a grey moustach,
and my nose is also big. I'm not as good looking as the younger man in the
brown suit. I'm wearing a thick outdoor jacket and some kind of bag.

I show up and tell her I can repair the house, be it woodwork, plaster,
concrete or brickwork. I show her one of my tools used for repairing
brick walls.

During all this time I'm never able to look the woman in her face. She is
either turning away or I'm standing at her side, only seeing her profile.

SWITCH!

What happens next is _not_ a clicking-out.

The switch of scenes are so immediate and I'm so awake that I can't
possible have been clicking out. Instead I'm suddenly moved to a completely
different location, partly outdoors ad the entrance of a stable or some
kind of large dark tool shed.

In front of me is the woman in the green fancy dress. I she her face, in fact
this is the first time I can see her directly. She is looking at me like
she is begging me for something.

Then she throws her arms around my neck and wants to hug me as she says:

"Take care of me!"

I get both surprised to the degree that I'm slightly off balance. I'm also
remembering some event years ago when a girl wanted to hug me and I didn't
want to hug her as she was too needy in my opinion.

The woman in the green satin dress provokes the same reaction in me, because
she is so needy. For a short moment I almost loses the scene. But then I
find myself again and say:

"Yes, I will take care of you."

I then send her PUL and hug her back. In fact I think we part for a moment
and hug again and I send more PUL. She really wants to hug me it seems.

I feel a lot of physically felt goose bumps all over my body. I get a slight
feeling that the surroundings become lighter in mood.

SWITCH!

A second switch happens. I goes quickly and I'm aware at all times, so
it is not a click-out.

Now I'm standing on a meadow with undulating grass covered ground.
Now I'm standing on a meadow with undulating grass covered ground.

There are no buildings anywhere. Some distance in front of me is the
woman in the green dress. She is dancing with her arms streached out.
Her dress seems not as tight anymore. She is very happy and dances of
joy.

She fades out of view and re-emerges into my view several times.

At one moment she is closer to me and she cartwheels past me, and I ask
her if we can fly. We go flying over the meadows high in the sky.

This was an unusual retrieval for me, as I couldn't contact the stuck person,
instead the stuck person contacted me. The switch of scenes puzzles me a
little. I wonder how she perceived the switch of scenes?
