Hi all,

reading/browsing forum messages and coming across some 'personal' differences, just wanted to share my find of the above brief article on integration of polarities, I like the view in there.

Here some personal comments:

Please never forget humour! 
in all emotions and communication and stress situations
humour takes the seriousness and the stress out of conflict situations
remember, we are spirit beings, not material beings, space and time and all the show here is only a dream world, not to take too serious

oh sure we can be serious!
there is one rule, and this one rule is enforced by all means!!!
the one rule is:

(take a deep breath)
...
(relax)
...
(focus)
...
(ok, here it comes)
...
THERE IS NO RULE!
...
(and never ever again say you did not know, no excuses )

Ok, serious now, 'matter' and 'material life' in space and time is a dream - and we are only one person that dreams, only in the dream we appear as multiple persons because we dream it so.
