Darryl Anka, CEO of Zia Films, recently shot his first feature film as a writer-director-producer, called “DEARLY DEPARTED,” which is currently in post-production.

“DEARLY DEPARTED” is a fictional documentary, shot as though the film crew took a camera into the spirit world and interviewed dead people to get their take on life after death.

What happens after we die? Are we greeted by family and friends when we cross over? Can we contact those we’ve left behind? Do we reincarnate? “DEARLY DEPARTED” explores these questions and more through encounters with a wide variety of spirits from all walks of life.
