Hi
In San Francisco, Athens Georgia, and NYC, according to the NYT, some people are meeting as the Secret Society for Creative Philanthropy. Within a time limit that they chose, they each distribute $100 in a way that is unexpected, useful, and might inspire further generosity.
Some people buy something for a school , one wrote sayings about generosity on twenty five dollar bills and hid them around the city, another gave the entire $100 to a grocery clerk who they appreciated, etc.
In several months the donors have a party and report how their donations were distributed and any results they know of, -- and then they start all over again
Sounds like PUL !
