I would really appreciate it if someone could tell me how to post my image on the forum (so that the people who are kindly doing PE practise with me can recognise me)

I have followed all instructions  & resized the photo both before posting & after, but  the photo loads with only the top of my head showing; & the link for Direct Link to Image does not pop up, though I tried the new & old versons of the programme.

I have a feeling it does not support the format from my cell phone camera. . . . .

Your picture is showing up fine now.  ".jpg" files should work just fine.
