Focus 21 is pretty much it as far as what you can buy. I took Guidelines last fall and even that stops at F21, so there's a lot you can do with F10 thru F21.
The Lifeline program explores beyond F21 thru F27, but it is a residential program.
I did hear a rumor that the Going Home CD's contain higher frequencies. Here's a reply I received from Monroe Products. I'd suggest contacting them with your question, they're very friendly and helpful.

Going Home does include Focus 27 frequencies, however there are no exercises devoted to it. We do not have any titles that contain Focus 23 [thru Focus 26].
Going Home Subject is designed for a person with terminal illness to ease the fear of dying. Going Home Support is designed for the caretakers of the person who is ill.
