I found this link by accident.  I googled back pain and spiritual healing. Not that I'm having a problem with my back, just curious.

I posted this partly because I've made prior posts about being celibate. Perhaps I was wrong. Perhaps we have to make use of our sexual energy every once in a while.  As long as we relate to another person with love, respect and balance, perhaps there is no problem with having sex.

Hey, recoverer, when you mentioned having sex, did you mean casual, non comittal sex with just any good friend, or in relationships? Because casual sex doesn't sit real high up on my list of ways to use the sexual drive in a beneficiary way. Even though I've done it a few times, I always felt guilty. Mind you, I never cheated on anyone. But I never liked the feeling, regardless.
