Bubba Helps a Little Girl in Focus 23
Dec 24th, 2008 at 11:43pm

Once finished with my preparatory process of relaxation, energy and love gathering, and I placed the intent to help in a retrieval, my chihuahua, Bubba (asleep beside me in the physical) and I then moved into a dark area in what I could feel to be Focus 23. It seemed we were surrounded by a flat blackness at first and I then understood we were in a small, enclosed area that was robbed of any kind of light. I sensed walls that were odd. They bulged out in some areas and the ceiling (or what I considered to be a ceiling--it could be easy to not know what was up from down) curved downward and angled off in haphazard ways. I was wondering why the walls would have lots of faceted, irregular surfaces when it hit me we were in a small cave.

In an effort to better understand what was going on, I remained still and did not send out any kind of greeting, but I could feel that Bubba’s curiosity was piqued. He was picking up on someone or something in the cave and indicated that, with tail wagging, ears erect and that lopsided, happy grin of his, he was game. I was hoping I hadn’t made a mistake in bringing him along. I knew Helpers were more than capable of saying no to me, or even going so far as to stop something from happening (When I started doing retrievals back in 2001, I was so excited and thrilled that I at times said or did dumb things while ‘training on the job‘, not realizing that my exuberant choice of words or actions could end up being counterproductive. I either had Helpers laughing out loud or yanking me out of some retrieval situations). I mentally sent out the idea to Helpers that perhaps Bubba could help in this F23 situation, and when no objections bounced back I just watched as he gingerly stepped forward, just as curious as he was to see how this would play out.

It then came to me that there was a little girl in the darkness, approximately ten to fifteen feet away, sitting on the floor shaking, whimpering, rocking herself to ward off the cold. She couldn’t have been more than 5 years old. She was wearing a cotton summer dress, barefoot, and had short, dark, uncombed hair. She was waiting for a member of her family to come and get her out of there. She had no idea I was standing just feet away and it felt as if it would be a mistake to try to move into her reality, for the moment. It had to do with her fear of either men in general or certain men she had come to believe as being very evil--out to kill her--and she was also traumatized from being left alone in all that blackness.

Wondering if Helpers wanted me to assume a change of appearance or approach her in a certain way, I froze when her crying came to an abrupt halt. I could feel she was staring at something along the wall opposite her. And then it hit me that she was intently focused on Bubba. He was so interested in the child that he had maneuvered himself to where she could either ‘see’ him or become aware of his presence…all without causing her alarm. I then understood, from her perspective, that Bubba the chihuahua  wasn’t a chihuahua at all but a bred of dog I was unfamiliar with. I picked up on a medium sized dog with a rust colored, scraggly, coat and widely spaced, small ears. Bubba had no idea what breed the girl was perceiving him as, but her world was dramatically changing in a matter of seconds and he was just curious and probably just wanting to play. I never moved or did a thing---just let what was unfolding before me, unfold.

Her name was Bethany. Last name seemed Polish for some reason---Jerekowinski, Gerawinski or something similar. She had been hidden away in the cave to hopefully protect her from German Nazi soldiers, but no one had been able to return to get her out. It was suppose to be temporary, only a matter of hours, but something had gone terribly wrong. No one ever returned for her. And she now was staring at what she believed to be her dog, a mutt by the name of Shaggy. She at first whispered his name is disbelief and then let go with a cry of joy as she tried wrapping her arms around Shaggy/a.k.a. Bubba. I called her name and as she became aware of me, but not before she could react in a detrimental, perception-blocking way, I told her we were there to take her home. From behind me a woman stepped forward and moved quickly to Bethany, lifting her up in her arms. She was Bethany‘s mother.

A warm, golden light suddenly flooded the cave and I turned to see several individuals, her family members. As they surrounded Bethany I could feel their immense relief, joy and love. And Bubba and I were instantly swept up and moving at great speed with them all, eventually arriving at the entrance to a BST world of their choice.

Upon returning to C1 I could hear Bubba lightly snoring Roll Eyes, still curled up next to me. I was fascinated with this turn of events and still have questions, but one thing I know for sure: he did a much better job with his first retrieval than I ever did Smiley.

Much love and Merry Christmas and a happy 2009 to all,

Ginny

Well, that is such a cool story, I loved reading it. What a great little dog. Very smart. Maybe he has been trailing along behind you watching how you were doing retrievals, he certainly seems to know what it's all about. Isn't it wonderful, how animals are? He is probably telepathic and knows all about you doing retrievals. If I just think about "WALK" for a moment in the middle of something busy, the dogs immediately appear in the doorway, ready to go. It's weird. I have to be careful not to think WALK or else I have to drop what I'm doing and take them out. So Bubba must do some of that telepathy stuff too. Thanks for sharing that and so glad Bethany got her family back. Vee

Thanks for sharing, Ginny!

Thanks also to Bubba and Shaggy!

It seems to me that you (Ginny  Smiley )  are hastening the evolution of the planet when you bring in other species to help !

Happy New Year!

Bubba's at the forefront to make the initial contact, and let Ginny step in, and Ginny then widened the contact to enable the other helpers to get through. Multiple retriever-stages!

Hey you guys,

I just finished a reply and it disappeared! Aaargh! And am trying to figure out how to get Bub's picture here too.

I bet you're right on with the idea that Bubba has been tagging along on retrievals for quite awhile. Just never occurred to me that he'd want to be by my side in the afterlife, as he demands Here...(lol). I think I just finally took note of what's been a natural part of life for animals--the ability to live in the Here as well as There.

Happy New Year,

Gin

hey there ginny...Francois, alias Tommy, alias Nommie, alias the man, is a boy dog. born in 94, he's getting on, but still frisky enough when he wants to be, kinda struts when he walks, snorkles when he is happy, in the grass or sand.

he said he wants to get together with Bubba. I just asked! haha!

btw, he was born with the biggest snout of them all and me kid said she must have him for her own as no one would ever love a dog with the hugest snout in the world...so we decided a large nose is quite lovable and makes an excellent avatar.... Smiley
