When your physical body dies your energy continues.  There is complete recall of moments.  Some so pristine and special that the idea of losing them is unbearable.  Indeed there are difficult moments as well but in retrospect the best evolution was provided by them.  That balance makes all experience something to be valued.

Alysia's note: I have found my life's experiences, although seemingly commonplace, to be of such value, that I know I'm going to miss this life when I go! lol. but what awaits, is the gratitude I take with me.
