Juditha, if theres one thing it's hard to ignore, that would be you.

while you are going thru this period, what is it you love to do? I think you paint. start forcing yourself to paint more. it will help you. trust me sometimes we need to distract ourselves when we get in the pits and a hobby or doing something nice for yourself, and get in the habit of it, it releases the emotional tension for you. love, alysia

Juditha:

I figure ex husbands aren't always the best place to get an unbiased opinion. Sometimes mothers can be difficult too.

If I were you, I'd trust the opinion you received when you had that really nice experience the other day.

Juditha wrote the other day: Hi I wrote this about what i feel death is and also this is how i see my  death.

I fell asleep, something woke me, but i was floating inside this void of darkness, i was a thought inside a vast universe, i felt like i was inside this vast mind of nothingness.
I  had no weight, i had no feeling of sensation in this void, i could not touch or feel but i could see and hear, suddenly the sound of thumping started to sound in the distance and felt like it was getting louder and closer, like the sound of a heart beating only louder , faster and more prominent.
It started to come very close to my existence, which i felt was me existing, only not existing in the sense that i was there, all of a sudden i could see this small speck of light and as it got closer, this light became more brilliant, there was this wonderful sense of love emanating around me as this light was beginning to become part of me, i felt safe and had this feeling of belonging and here i was, part of the living universe, part of God's creation,i mean't something, i was needed in this void of darkness as my loving soul was bringing the light that shone in the mid'st of time continue.
Now i knew that i was part of everything that mattered, everything that was supposed to be, i was one with the universe of God.

I  wrote this  of what i feel this is part of the death and moving into the next existance to the spiritworld.

Love and God bless   love juditha

Hi recoverer  Thanks for the reminder of what i wrote, as i read it i felt this sense of peace inside of me and i realise now that i have got to keep trying to do all the things i want to do before i die as i know now also that my spirit has got to keep learning by different experiences i have in my life, life is for living and death comes when we have lived our life.

aylsia I love you to and recoverer, love and God bless you both  love juditha

thats right Juditha. you're getting it. we're going to find out how short life really is. it just seems like time drags by sometimes, while we're here. it's important to do all those things you put off now, as may come a day you'll be sorry you didn't do them. whatever it is. I think hobbies are important, even more than internet blogging.

take care, the bad times pass...love, alysia

OMG, Juditha, you're a psychic.

Oh, yeah, I already knew that.

Apparently, 'Stayin Alive' by the Bee Gees is a great song for 'jump-starting' the heart. It says so, right in the news today.

An amusing comment from the article by a doctor is that another song ('Another One Bites the Dust') also has the right number of beats per minute to be effective, but has the wrong message!

Let's take a look at those lyrics that can wake a man/woman up.

Well, you can tell by the way I use my walk,
I'm a woman's man: no time to talk.
Music loud and women warm, I've been kicked around
since I was born.
And now it's all right. It's OK.
And you may look the other way.
We can try to understand
the New York Time's effect on man.
Whether you're a brother or whether you're a mother,
you're stayin' alive, stayin' alive.
Feel the city breakin' and everybody shakin',
and we're stayin' alive, stayin' alive.
Ah, ha, ha, ha, stayin' alive, stayin' alive.
Ah, ha, ha, ha, stayin' alive.
Well now, I get low and I get high,
and if I can't get either, I really try.
Got the wings of heaven on my shoes.
I'm a dancin' man and I just can't lose.
You know it's all right. It's OK.
I'll live to see another day.

Life goin' nowhere. Somebody help me.
Somebody help me, yeah.
Life goin' nowhere. Somebody help me.
Somebody help me yeah. Stayin' alive.
Life goin' nowhere. Somebody help me.
Somebody help me, yeah.
Life goin' nowhere. Somebody help me yeah.
I'm Stayin' alive.

Smiley feel free to place the link somewhere else if it is appropriate, but I thought Judie should see it here.
