This shouldn't be what I think it is
Sep 18th, 2008 at 9:04am

Dear Forum. Last time I wrote I wasn't sure if my "dream" was a retrieval, this time it looks like a retrieval but shouldn't be one:
I wanted to take a nap, but had a lot of good energy after Tai Chi practice, so I couldn't really sleep anyway. I still hadn't done a retrieval with this method, but I was comfortable and thought I could just try see what would happen if I did Bruces breathing stuff. Sure enough after a little while I had an image of a woman reaching out for her two kids, crying painfully. Then I clicked out and don't know anything before, wham! bright white souls with faces pulling her in to their light and holding her with love and friendship. It felt so fast like a commando raid. I hadn't been asleep and I think it all went very fast. Thought no more of it until now two weeks later; it suddenly struck me that my own wife died suddenly five years ago and I was left with our two sons at the time six months and five years old. I hadn't combined the two things before, because I was absolutely sure my wife was okay "up there" since I had had contact several times. But now I can't help thinking there was a connection between the two things afterall, I just can't figure out what it was?

Greetings Lars Bo,

Wow --Usually souls aren't allowed to visit unless their emotions are well under control.
My first thought is that your 'click out' shows that the image was too emotionally intense for you too.  Huh

I wonder if at some stage in her spiritual progression up there, she  had intense thoughts, concerns about your sons and sort of abruptly returned. Then the Helpers had to quickly pull her back because she was getting too emotional to be left here for a gentler visit.

It doesn't really seem to relate to any 'type' of afterlife activity that I'm familiar with. It doesn't fit the 'traditional' format of retrievals because you were not involved in thinking about the process; it had no time to affect your attitudes.

Others will explore this with their different backgrounds. I look forward to more discussion.

Lars Bo;sorry to hear about your wife passing;those feelings never really go aways..the passing of a dear one. But since you've already made contact with here there; i think it was her way to let you know she still love you and the children and probally still looking over them and you.

Thanks for the comments to my post! I went back to see if more came to me if I tried to get the feeling again: It turned out I had to experience in this way what had happened. I asked why (since I felt she was okay): The answer was that it was me who wasn't okay and I "couldn't wipe the floor dry when the tap was running". good point! Smiley

Hi Lars Bo,

Wow--interesting experience. When I first started using Bruce's techniques to retrieve and explore, I had no idea just how much healing and inner change would be coming my way. Looks as if you got a solid answer and I hope you keep posting about your experiences. You have the ability to just let inner communications and events unfold--not an easy thing for many to do Smiley.

Much love,

Ginny
