Falling out of the Wall
Sep 11th, 2008 at 1:34pm

I remember when I was a kid, from I was very young and up to about 10 years old perhaps, I had a tendency to "fall out" of the wall near my bed when I woke up. It was as if I had been inside the wall or somewhere else while asleep, and only got out/came back when it was time to stop dreaming. What's your take on this phenomenon?

PS. Sorry if I have mentioned it in any thread before, I honestly can't remember if I have or not.

Dear Starboom,

I echo hawkeye on this.

Was the house possibly remodeled with the wall added later?
I experienced some such changes in my grandmother's house, which confounded her because they'd been changed before I was born.

So you have this ability, you just don't use it now? You certainly don't seem too 'mature' for such experiences  Cheesy  Cheesy  But even with humor about it, I suppose life has walled up alot of adults' spiritual capabilities.

I met someone who told he remembered when he was a child he played with the other children in the neighborhood... in the middle of the night! He would just jump out of the window when they called him, until he told his parents and they forbade it  Sad . He recalled it many years later when he read about OBEs.

How odd. I'm sure I replied to this long ago? Yeah, I even remember the reply. Anyway, I don't think the house had had time to be remodeled. I don't think I have any ability at all, but thinking back, it has always been fascinating to think about. If it was indeed a OBE, then I certainly wish I could regain the skill.
