Hello!!!

I have a idea from bruces first book if you want to wake up while your dreaming! When you dream you never really notice your hands in a dream. So evryday as much as you can or as much as you can remember to do it look  at your hands and when you do say to yourself Im dreaming. It took bruce I beleive a month to actually wake up in his dream but when you do it is very liberating and fun. Try it and let me know how  you do..
