just under concrete

I don't know what this was. I was meditating and not thinking about China at all. Visually, I found myself in a crevice of a building, under what looked like a broken piece of concrete. I could see the light through it, ahead of me, a little ways away, but there was no one there.

I was wondering why I was there. I didn't feel any pain, and that's all I remember. It seemed like I was lying down, and could see this light very bright, just ahead, beyond this giant piece of concrete in front of me.

Conjecturing here Blink, you stepped into, with your spirit mind, somebody who was trapped in the debris but could see the light.
You could return and talk to them, tell them you will get them out, and take them to the light.

some of us take on the persona of the retrievee occassionally, by entering the energy field of the retrievee and seeing through their eyes..it's sort of like the saying walk a mile in my shoes..only it's the energy field we're walking into with our own energy field, then it's confusing, who is who here?

while out there I have received thoughts, then later realized, I was receiving those thoughts from a friend who sat across from me, but I did not create those thoughts from my memory, he brought the memory thoughts forth from my mind, as my mind merged with his.

Maybe so, Alysia. It was interesting that I felt like I was instantly there, from that perspective, rather than one in which I would feel safe and be reaching out to another to guide them away from where they were at. I was right there. But, I didn't feel any other human presence, just began looking at the light, and feeling its brightness. I didn't feel any real emotion, beyond wondering at the brightness coming in.

But I didn't really feel that I had a body either...it was almost as if I was observing. I didn't feel the presence of a guide, nothing, just the light there. So, I don't actually know what I was doing, or who I represented in that space. I say that because the space was horizontal, narrow, so if I had a body I would have to be lying down. But I don't remember having a body. I just remember being there. So, it was a little strange. But, I have been fading out while meditating lately, so I don't know what else is going on. I feel a lot of dream activity, but I have no memories.

Hi,

What if the soul that blink had stepped into was in shock? Then not feeling a body would be natural, not responding to the light would be natural. I think Alysia's insight seems probable.

Can you ask to go back, blink, to help that soul from the outside, so that you don't have to fight the same mental state as they have? I wonder if your new depth of consciousness carried you into their consciousness too far to be helpful the first time.

Love, Bets
