Sample documentation format--incomplete?
May 15th, 2008 at 12:30pm

Greetings--

Below is a form that keeps me on track with validating retrievals (also visitations, etc.)
It's probably missing some things so feel free with suggestions, please  Smiley

I use a file folder with pocket pages to keep any clippings that document the situation.
Dates on clippings are so important, which gets tricky with news media copies. So if I find
it in a newspaper I'll seek it on Google just to get coverage that has the date of publication next to it.
Copies of PMs and posts here are excellent because each post includes a date neatly at top.

Of course, an entire situation could have been set up as a fraud. I guess I'll include a disclaimer that I'm
too lazy to go to that trouble. It's more of an adventure to do the real retrievals than to make one up!
Woops, I see that copying this here has changed the format somewhat but info is same.

This is really nice, Bets. Thank you for sharing it, and I may adapt it for myself. Perhaps a daily diary of anything noticed. This is simple and straightforward.   Smiley

It seems complete and comprehensive to me Bets!  Smiley the only thing is about the time, I could determine a day of the week, but not a time, especially time is different out there than clock time here. and, never been able yet to ascertain when exactly a person has taken their leave, except perhaps by what they are wearing if it's a certain time period.

for me details get all mixed up, can seem illogical. the future is shown mixed in with the past.

it certainly would help to make such a form though and set the intention to get as much detail as possible and help the memory that way.  Smiley
