Here is a link to Bruce's 5th book, The Guidebook to exercises to help a person attain their own experiences regarding our afterlife. There is also an excellent description of Max's Hell in focus 23. Some good pics also.

It is in Italian  and found by googling Bruce Moen. there is also a translation available in the google page.

I thought it was interesting because of the Italian perspective, yet here at the top of the page for those interested is the same story under resources can be found in english.

I highly recommend the 5th book, the guidebook as it comprises all the exercises of the other books.
