ad another experience this morning.

As I lay dozing in bed. I felt the vibrations and went with them resisting the temptation to move or do anything.

I disconnected from the body and drifted up, I thought to myself I’ll spin around and have a gander at myself. Nope she’s not responding I thought to myself, this morning seemed to be pre-planned and I was on auto pilot. Let’s see where the rabbit hole goes I chuckled to myself.
As I drifted higher I stopped for a while to take in a beautiful and serene starry sky. I was then off again, there was no guide, like you know there in person. But I felt a guiding, not a hand exactly, a guiding influence is a better term.
I went with it, but I can imagine if this has happened to me before that I would of baulked and come out of it by now.

I entered a house and went to the bedroom where a woman in her twenties was in bed she looked like she was awake, so I said “hello”. She said that I seemed garbled and she couldn’t quite hear me, I told her to relax maybe lay her hand back down on the pillow and close her eyes.
I thought to myself if I am “out of body” and if she is awake in the psychical, this will never work, she needs to be in the same state as me. (kinda forgetting the situation!)
She did as I asked, so she must have been hearing better, this is when a double separated from her, like I imagine I had just done moments earlier, there was a now problem.
This was one NASTY double.

Here is where I don’t recognize any of my behaviour
I took my coat off, put my hands on the ladies forehead and chest and said…
“By the power invested in me by the lord Jesus Christ I cleanse thee, daughter of eve”
The double came back into the body and changed the young ladies face to something nasty. She said she had been bad when she was young.
I replied “ In the name of the father, son and holy ghost” and kept my hands on her.
Her face changed back to normal, she smiled and the scene faded.

I awoke, sharp as a knife, and start writing……
Now that was very cool, it had elements of an aspect of self, but I have a really good feeling right now.
